The firm base of Jazz and Rock 'n' Roll is the Blues.
Universal in appeal, Blues has the ability to reach inside and stir things up, and we all like a good stirring.
Mix a little Mississipi Delta with some Texas Blues, add some British Invasion then temper with Northewst Rock sensibilty and you get Blues Overkill.
Just the right stuff in the right amounts...
