"SOMAR" (pronounced Summer) is an original rock and roll band from Seattle, WA fronted by the amazing Somar Macek. If your looking for over-produced pop tunes, synthetic studio instruments, effect laden vocals, or electronic drums, you won't find them here. What you will find is a straight forward, hard rockin' band, backing up the best female rock singer to come around in years. SOMAR is in the studio working on their debut CD that will be released in the Fall of 2008.
