Born in Paris,(1964),his father a professional musician gave him,while still very young,a pronounced taste for music,in particular for the music we call "Jazz"
After studying the approach of the guitar and the essential jazz theory with Pierre CULLAZ,he had the occasion to perform in the Paris Jazz clubs,with well-known musicians,such as Al LEAVITT,Gilbert"Bibi"ROVERE,Charles "Lolo"BELLONZI,Alby CULLAZ...just to named a few.
accompany the famous"GOLDEN GATE QUARTET"
in 1989,under the direction of René BEC(ex pianist Aimée BARELLI),he became the acclaimed guitarist of the" Loews Monte Carlo Big Band"
Working regulary also at the "Sporting Club Monte Carlo",with allowed him to accompany many big stars including:F.SINATRA,Peggy LEE,Natalie COLE,Shirley BASSEY,Céline DION...
He participated at the NICE Festival of Jazz(Cimiez),alony-side Shirley.B.FOY,Georges ARVANITAS,Oliver JACKSON
and also worked under the direction of Maurice JARRE(Philharmonic de Monté Carlo)
He had also the opportunity to meet and play with the great names in jazz,like Steve GROSSMAN(M.DAVIS,E.JONES),Frank FOSTER(ex leader Count BASIE)
Olivier,with his style that makes us remember the great guitarist such as Jimmy RANEY,René THOMAS,Grant GREEN.
He is able to use his talent &experience to serve soloist like François CHASSAGNITE(trumpet player&singer):disc "JUBILATION"witch a a tribute to the famous Chet BAKER,(Label TCB),also played recently together at the MARCIAC Jazz Festival
