Il est le violoniste que l’on compare régulièrement à Stéphane GRAPPELLI… C’est tout dire… Le violoniste niçois François ARNAUD obtient le premier prix au conservatoire de Nice en 1979, et en 1984, le premier prix de violon au conservatoire supérieur de Lyon. De 1986 à 1990, il est nommé soliste de l’Opéra de Nice puis membre de l’orchestre National de Lyon. Passionné par d’autres styles de musiques et surtout par l’improvisation dans laquelle il excelle, François Arnaud a accompagné Stéphane GRAPPELLI, Michel LEGRAND, Charles AZNAVOUR, Barry WHITE, Dione WARWICK, George BENSON ou encore Jerry LEWIS…dans différentes formations. Il a rencontré et joué régulièrement avec Babik REINHARDT et ainsi rendu hommage à Django Reinhardt.
