critical mass ~philly style~

Critical Mass is a "Spontaneous" gathering of hundred, sometimes thousands of bicyclists in all cities of the world, In Philly we meet @ 5:45 PM at the W side of City Hall on the last Friday of every month and the ride leaves around 6 PM. Come join us and celebrate life and bikes as we cruise through the city, usually ending up at the Art museum steps, or at a party. A few pointers, help block traffic and then wave to people in cars when you leave, keep it friendly with drivers, people in front go at a slow pace so we keep it critical, one large mass of bikes, that's pretty much it there are NO RULES! Spread the word, lets make Philly critical mass even bigger!!
