About Me

• APRIL 26 - A new blog will be posted this week. Question is, can you handle it... THE TRUTH
• This profile is set up by Mr.Anderson, CEO / Founder of the IVM Agency, also known as the Industry Agency , which has its headquarters in Praha, Czech Republic. Originally started as a producer of electronic music, but after several years of composing and creating the vibes that stimulate the mind, even signing a contract for 3 of his songs in 2003 with a company in Los Angeles, but never hearing anything of it, till the beginning of 2007, the CEO's path took off, into another direction [the business side] regarding the global music and entertainment industry.
• This drastic change came, after the CEO got the chance to do business with "high placed" people who work in and behind the scenes of the international music and entertainment industry, and who mostly come from the United States. This change came at the right time, since the music, film and entertainment industry, not only works with talented people and good music, but it also works by having the "right" contacts, which is one of the most important things in someone's future career!
• The urge to educate knowledge on several topics regarding the music, film and entertainment industry, led to the establishment of The Agency.
• The Agency is a fastly growing company which works with established people in the Music, Film and Entertainment Industry on a global scale.
• The Agency not only targets the established, but also the unsigend, upcoming, artistic and creative talented musician, artist, band, singer / songwriter, producer, dj, etc, covering almost every music style & genre.
• The Agency represents/promotes several artists, musicians, producers, dj's, both unsigned and established. We also do management, [cross]-promotions, organisation and we act as an intermediair between several parties, organisations, agents, managers, music lawyers, and companies that are music, film & entertainment related, located across the globe.
• We provide the upcoming and unsigned musician exclusive background information for educational purposes...
• Read the exclusive interviews and articles from people who work in and behind the "scenes" of the global Music, Film and Entertainment Industry worldwide. Learn from the tips, tricks and good advice they give, so you finally get heard by the RIGHT people, and which probably will set you on the right path to succes. We at the Industry Agency, always say:
KNOWLEDGE IS NO KNOWLEDGE, WITHOUT SHARING IT WITH OTHERS .
• The Agency educates and provides information and knowledge regarding several subjects in music and entertainment, sometimes revealing exclusive and never been told stories to the masses! Standing up, while others keep sitting is our policy, bringing today's music and entertainment industry a new "impulse" on several fronts.
• The Agency teaches the "insiders" & "outsiders" of today's global music industry, bringing them new and exclusive information and knowledge which is possible thanks to perseverance, clear "out of the box" thinking, wise decisions, determination, new "future" marketing, goal orientated, creativity, ambition and "drive inside", but above all: "Just doing it"! Change is INEVITABLE, and you WILL be a part of it!
• We are also a believer of Karma! What goes around, comes around...
• If you believe you owe overdue royalties of your past songs, feel free to contact us, so we can look into it. All we can say is: It's YOUR money!
• Interviews: ↓
• Read the indepth and educational interviews the CEO of the Agency had with several icons and legends in music, artists, musicians, music lawyers, distributing companies, music licensing company's, dj's, producers, CEO's, music industry experts, etc, etc. The indepth interviews reveal educational information on how these established and professional people "think", act and the way the look onto things. Learn from the advice they give and knowledge they have, towards upcoming and unsigned talent and educate yourself with behind the scene information and knowledge of those who know and work in the business!

• Agency achievements: ↓
The year [0000] that appears behind the artist, musicians or group name, means that the specific song was recorded in that year and that we arranged royalties from a song of that specific year and which was recorded by that artist, musicians or group. Since many artists aren't signed up at the right places, money is waiting for collection, since the song was first broadcasted/released. You can do the math...
→ 2004
• In 2004 The Agency was approached by Dutch Neighboring Rights Organisation [NRO] "SENA", for it's help locating several U.S artists, due to open and unclaimed royalties. This led to the distribution of unknown and unclaimed royalties for over 100 U.S artists, producers, dj's, musicians and bands, who were owed approximately 1,600,000 Euro [gross] in undistributed royalties. Some names you might recognize are: Nickelback, Sting, Us3, Van Mc Coy, Rock Steady Crew, Dr Hook, Grand Master Melle Mell, Hanson and several others.
→ 2005
• Thanks to the personal involvement, dedication and perseverance of The Agency regarding it's "knowledge" on the issue royalties, it's "vast network" and by "standing up", it was possible to "widen" everybody's horizon, which led to the distribution of unknown and unclaimed royalties for more then 700 U.S and international artists, producers, dj's, musicians, bands even actors in several music styles and genres.
• Some names you might recognize are the legends: †John Belushi [1980], †Roy Rogers [1943], †Glen Miller. The living legends: Petula Clark [0000], Deep Purple [0000], Yes [1983], Grace Jones [0000], Black Sabbath [1970], Anthrax, Karl Bartos [1996], Keith and Hank Shocklee, members of Procul Harem, Pete Belotte [1978], Patti Austin [0000], Dire Straits, Father Abraham [1978], Sister Sledge [0000], ex-members of The Hollies, Los Lobos, Justin Timberlake [2002], the dj's: Robert Miles, Anne Savage [0000], Secret Cinema [1997], Sasha [0000], Yves De Ruyter [2001] and loads of other musicians, artists, producers and bands! Santa Claus strikes again...
→ 2006
• In 2006 The Agency's path regarding the arranging of royalty's for artists, musicians, etc went on, onto another level, arranging the royalty's of the following artists and musicians: †Judy Garland, Liza Minelli, Lorna Luft [0000], Roxanne Shante [0000], Tangerine Dream [1986], Avril Lavigne [2003], DJ Tiesto [2005], Richenel [2002], Public Enemy, The RZA [2000], Method Man [2000], Inspecktah Deck [0000], †Ol' Dirty Bastard [1997], Raekwon [1995], Killah Priest [0000], Ghostface Killa [2004], Cappadonna [1995], Master Killer [1995], Dr.Alban, Quiet Riot, Q-Burns Abstract Message [2001] and several others. We are honoured!
• The Agency gets an invitation by the Dutch Parlement for it's expertise and exclusive information on the issue royalties and for discussing a major royalty scam which is going on RIGHT NOW. The Dutch Performance Rights Organisation [PRO] called "Buma Stemra/Cultuur" is currently on the Dutch stock-exchange with 400.000.000 € [400 MILLION Euro], which is about 532.000.000 U.S$ [532 MILLION $], give or take. :)
• The above mentioned astronomical amount, is money that the PRO doesn't pay out to mostly U.S artists and musicians, since english music is played the most in The Netherlands, a country where 16 million people live, which is the same amount of people who live in Los Angeles. These people gamble on the stock-exchange with your [the artists and musicians hard-earned money ]. We are on it, you can sleep tight... The Agency stands up, while others keep sitting and strikes again...
• What would YOU do, if ASCAP, SESAC or BMI went to the stock-exchange and bought barrels of oil from your own hard earned money and then sell it back to you at the gas-station, for triple or quadruple prices??? Is that business or WHAT???
• On December 23rd 2006 - The Minister of Justice of The Netherlands [Hirsch Ballin] sent out a new law for consultation to several organisations for more control over several "collective organisations" that target and are fully active in the Dutch music industry, and who keep track of perfomance rights, neighboring rights and rights of artists, after the Agency successfully stood up for YOU, the artist!
• The mentioned "collective" organisations can be divided into 5 key-players: Performance Rights Organisation [PRO] Buma/Stemra now called: "Buma/Cultuur", Neighboring Rights Organisation [NRO] "SENA", and the foundation "Thuiskopie", the foundation "Leenrecht" and the foundation "Reprorecht". The new rules in the mentioned law have to make an even more "transparant" system of the activities of these organisations, so they can function better in the near future! What about the 400 million euro scam? No word, but we are still standing...
→ 2007
• January 1st - The CEO/Founder started writing on his book again!
• January 11th - The CEO/Founder gets his first royalty check from ASCAP, regarding the use of his music [2002] and the U.S television program Modern Marvels [11x], which came as a surprise after signing a contract for 3 songs with a Los Angeles based music company back in 2003. PARTYTIME... 29,92$ to spend :)) followed by another check in July for use of his music on History Channel's, Modern Marvels.
• January 25th - A commission of [ahum] "wise men" that is investigating the "collective organisations" regarding the rights of authors as mentioned above, suggests to set up ONE organisation for the collection of monies that are owed for artists, musicians, bands, etc. This unique idea [1st in the world] will combine the Dutch Performance Rights Organisation [Buma/Cultuur], Neighboring Rights Organisation [Sena] and the other 3 mentioned organisations in this story, which can be found in our past blog! We pave the way, so YOU get paid!
• February - The Agency sets up Royalty Rotation, which targets the international intellectual property rights business, concerning royalties for artists. Royalty Rotation also brings new and fresh business idea's.
• March - Santa comes early this year! The Agency arranges royalties for several established artists and musicians like: Melba Moore [1972], Public Enemy's Chuck D [2000] and Flavor Flav [1988].
• The CEO celebrates his 10 year anniversary in the music industry!
• May - Santa's on the roll again and arranges royalties for †Kurt Cobain [1990], Liza Minelli [1972], †Judy Garland [1937], Dolly Parton [1974] and Blues/R&B icon and legend Bo Diddley [1960].
• The Industry Agency also saw to it that "lost" royalty's for several Hollywood actors got collected, since they also have been involved in the music industry, even having "small successes" with it. Some names you might recognize are: Richard Gere [2002], Johnny Depp [1997], Mel Gibson [1995], Kim Basinger [1992], Antonio Banderas [1996], Catherina Zeta Jones [2002] and Rene Zellweger [2002].
• June 22nd - The CEO gets invitation and talks "politics" on the annual hearing of the Dutch CvTa [College van Toezicht Collectieve Beheersorganisaties auteurs- en naburige rechten] - [Commission that oversees collective author and neighboring rights organisations], who together with the Justice Department, oversee the collective authorrights and neighboring rights organisations in The Netherlands and speaks the truth about several serious [currently running] issues in The Netherlands, which also expands to other countries, bringing them new exclusive information they never heard of before (!) [more on this in the blog: Ruthless Politics].
• July - The Industry Agency is threatened with lawsuit by 5 headed U.S Lawfirm, after kindly asking for his fee regarding previous business for 2 of their clients [read icons]. They think: Ooh, he can't touch us! He is in Europe and "we are sharks, and we eat small fish"! We say: The Industry Agency is at the top of the food-chain, and we shoot sharks! The bigger they are, the harder they fall... [stay tuned for more on this subject]
• The Industry Agency arranges royalties for Inner Circle's: †Jacob Miller [1995], Ian Lewis [1992], Lance Hall [1992], Roger Lewis [1992] and Bernhard [Touter] Harvey [1975].
→ 2008
• 2008: ''The year of the revelation'' and the Industry Agency brings it! So stay tuned, the musick [r]evolution is coming near you...
•
• I should have taken the blue pill, instead of the red one! Now, I'm stuck in the Music Matrix... Educating for [r]evolution... Countdown has started and can't be stopped!
Sincerely
Mr. Anderson

My Interests

• No, it's not what you think?

• Be shocked & read the untold story!

• [Ooh, forget Elvis!] Electronic music was before the Elvis era. Thought you wanted to know! :)

• Here is a sneak preview:::[the whole article can be found on The Agency's website]:::

• The year is 1914...

• Ingenious inventions we now all take for GRANTED were actually created by the inventors of all time: PHILIPS located in The Netherlands. [On May 23rd 1891 Philips was founded]

• I will bet, that you have something of Philips in your own house, wether it is your razor, tv tube, cd's, dvd's, light bulbs or one of the other thousands of ingenious inventions Philips created in over 115 years!

• It all started when Philips founded and created the NatLab in Eindhoven. In this laboratory, which was later turned into a studio for experimental reasons a lot of ingenious inventions were created.

• We take a leap into history and go to †Tom Dissevelt and Dick Raaijmakers who took part in inventing today's normal things like Chorus, Delay, Echo, Surround, Dolby, Ambiophonics and they were the first people who "invented the sample" , before the word "sample" was in the dictionary...!

• †Tom Dissevelt and Dick Raaijmakers were the first electronic composers who released their music on VINYL! It was in 1956.

• Some of you might have heard of the name Jean-Jacques Perrey the famous 60's, electronic record producer from the U.S, who gave up his medical study at the age of 28, after hearing †Tom Dissevelt's and Dick Raaijmakers music...!

• Read the whole article regarding Mr. Dick Raaijmakers [76] and the amazing film-like story, which is an UNTOLD one!

• So now you know, where the scene really started!

• Dick Raaijmakers a.k.a "KID BALTAN" [Kid is his 1st name reversed - Baltan is the reversed word of NATLAB] He couldn't use his name as a composer by Philips, due to copyrights back then, instead he called himself Kid Baltan.

• DICK RAAIJMAKERS: The most influential person in music ALIVE!

• Did you know electronic music was original founded created and played by Jazz musicians and classic music lovers?

• Read the whole story on Dick Raaijmakers, the way Jazz music had it's grip on electronic music and loads more info on this subject on our site.

• Sometimes the pieces fit, after turning them around for a while, waiting till I find the next piece to puzzle that, if combined, whole parts of the puzzle will be complete.
