About Me

It's not even a band really. It's just me fucking around with my computers and guitars and writing new songs.I used to play guitar and sing for a punk band called Latex Generation . We put out a couple of albums and singles and toured a whole lot. Then one day we stopped playing to get on with our respective lives. Now I write songs every once and a while and put them up on my free music website 8x7.org.Maybe someday soon I'll start playing live again...Check out the 8x7 Website for more free music, and Better Sound Quality Downloads (192kbps MP3's).Also visit the 8x7 Moblog and my PureVolume Profile or Charleston Tech Support8x7 is a project to entertain the idea of the free distribution of a musician's work with no strings attached. 8x7 is also about taking the creative input of a community with the goal of creating something new. 8x7 is a measurement, an opposition to the excess of the current state of American popular music.Visit the official Latex Generation website for more pics.Check out the Latex Generation Playlist on YouTube.com to see most of the sold out show from Joe's old band at Rebel in NYC on 12/30/2006.Here's one of the performances, it's "6th Sense" by Latex Generation:
