I left the software industry to pursue something completely different last year, but I missed the industry so I'm going back! I'm a software geek, a writer, actress, mom, and creative type. I'm an avid runner. I like to snowboard, hike, anything outdoors.I'm a globetrotting polyglot, who has been to 34 countries, and counting. I've been to India four times, England six times, Germany at least five times. Spent a year in Laitila, Finland, in high school. I love to travel and experience new cultures.I'm a huge fan of indie films that make it big!

Music:

I admit I love music of all genres. Good music is good music no matter what the style. I love going to little hole-in-the wall venues and discovering new bands. Last few concerts I attended were: Green Day, Death Cab for Cutie, Foo Fighters, and Weezer. Absolutely love the Barenaked Ladies, and have seen them many times since the early 90's. Other favorites include:

When I was singing with a band, my favorite songs to sing were an acoustic version of "Bobby McGee", "Love Me Like a Man" (Bonnie Raitt version), and "Criminal" (Fiona Apple). "I've been a bad, bad, girl..."

Movies:

To watch: Anything that affects me for days afterwards. I like movies that give me a new perspective on something or make me think. I also like movies for the pure entertainment value.To be in: I like acting in movies that require me to go to my very core to express something.
