My Interests

HIV/AIDS Case management---QHCS-The 4C Company through its "Hope is Vital" Case Management is committed to helping people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.Private Duty Nursing---Private Duty Nursing is continuous medically necessary and a substantial array of complex nursing services, which are provided by a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) in the client's home.

CAP and CAP/C---We offer a variety of services to individuals who are approved for the CAP program. The CAP/C provides cost effective home care to medically fragile children (through age 18) who would otherwise require long term hospital care or nursing facility care.

Community Support---Community support is a service that assists individuals with gaining skills and access to needed resources to address areas such as mental health medical, social, vocational and educational needs.

Books:

Nanny Care and Personal Care Services (CAP/DA). Our staff is supervised by highly educated and licensed, skilled professionals with over 18 years experience in providing home care services to individuals.
