AIDS WALK Charlotte

I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Create yours at BlingyBlob.com!

The 13th Annual AIDS WALK Charlotte 2009 benefits RAIN (Regional AIDS Interfaith Network). Our mission is to engage the community to transform lives and promote respect and dignity for all people touched by the AIDS crisis through compassionate care, education and leadership development.

Funds raised from AIDS WALK Charlotte 2008 improve the quality of life for those living with HIV and AIDS, and provide prevention education. All funds raised during this event stay in the Charlotte region.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone that is interested in bringing awareness to HIV/AIDS in the Charlotte and surrounding communities by embarking on a 2 mile walk through Historic Fourth Ward.

We walk in memory of those who have finished their journey, walk with those who join us in advocacy, and look to the future when our steps will have helped stop its spread.

AIDS WALK Charlotte 2009 is the largest HIV/AIDS awareness and fundraising event in the Carolinas. It is our visual representation of our communities' commitment to HIV/AIDS.

You and 2,000 other caring individuals CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
