BCA is the catalyst for cultural arts development in Brevard County. The Board of County Commissioners designated BCA as the official local arts and cultural affairs council in 1984. BCA was established in 1975 to promote arts and culture along the Space Coast, and strives to ensure the arts are acessible to residents of, and vistors to, Brevard County, Florida.BCA serves artists, organizations, and the community.
