I started dj-ing in the underground LA music scene at The What Club and Unlit, after which I have set the tone all over LA at places like M Bar, Lava Lounge, Tribal Cafe, Good Hurt, The Mountain Bar, I-Candy Lounge, Roberto’s, Bar 107, 3 Clubs, LAX, Synergy Cafe Lounge, Crane’s Tavern, Lost Souls Cafe, various art and fashion shows, Amoeba Music-sponsored parties and more.
Depending on the scene I’ll spin acid jazz, trip hop, underground and oldskool hip hop, electronica, world beat, synth pop, 80s, and indie rock. I don’t play top 40. Ever. And if you heard it on the radio recently, it’s not hip hop, so don’t ask.
I am the resident dj, along with fellow spinner Starskee Suave, for Leisure Suite, a 70s vs 80s dance party @ Bar 107 in downtown LA which happens on final Saturdays of every month. Check out www.myspace.com/theleisuresuite .
I am the host of "...IS GOOD" on www.killradio.org Thursdays 10a-12p (and other days - see schedule). I play local music and interview musicians. Over 150 local up-and-coming acts of all genres. It was recently the focus of a full-page article in the LA Weekly . Check out www.isgoodmusic.com .

I compose electronica and do remix projects. My work has been played on KPFK, several internet radio programs, used in a Mercedes radio commercial, and is a regular feature on the Court TV docudrama LA Forensics.
