Imaginary Chicago Records was established in 2004 to showcase the new sounds of the vibrant 21st century Chicago music scene. The label focuses on original music recorded by Chicago artists and their collaborations with major national and international figures. We remain dedicated to supporting innovative multicultural projects.
Spanning jazz, rock, country, metal, classical, and modern improvised music, Imaginary Chicago Records features a taste of best music available in the Second City. We are proud to feature work with New Music innovator Bertram Turetzky and Hawkwind frontman Alan Davey.
