About Me

ONGOING:
Lots of new things afoot:Almost finished with Magik Markers: A Story Never Told - Look for it on DVD fall of 2008!
Just shot two astounding Wolfeyes shows in New York, going to be the darkest thing I have ever made!
Drifting in the ether and ready to materialize is an amazing performance by Spires That in the Sunset Rise.
Returning to London mid May, probable performance celebrating the summer Solstice June 21st in and or around London. More details here in the coming weeks.
and last but not least rumors of an impending commercial release of my early short films appear to be true, but who knows if a fact is a fact until we have been there and done that?
+++
Raymond Salvatore Harmon is a sound and film artist whose work spans the past century of technological cul de sacs. With a filmography extending from performance based 16mm and 8mm film to video circuit-bending and analog feedback installations as well as sound and visual conceptual installations and guerilla media actions.
Over the course of the past ten years Harmon has been developing and evolving the theoretical and practical applications of non object orient art. Utilizing new media, web based content and interactive architectures in coordination with public performance, graffiti style ad bombing, and web community social engineering propaganda Harmon's work has carved out an over arching form of new media insurgency.Chronicle (a feature length performance film with the Chicago Underground Trio) had its official world premiere at the Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival November 14th!More DVDs of my occult based films out in the fall and an article in the next Waratah Journal of the Occult (edited by Jack Sargeant) with my treatise about the use of Occult Cinema for practical rituals coming soon.
