About Amy:
Amy (Bella) Burgess has been responsible as a booking agent and advisor/critic for many local and national bands since 2005. As a former dedicated employee of BP World Media Booking Agency, she has gained most of her top skills within the industry. Amy started off as an independent booker working with the band members of each band to promote and book them the shows they rightfully deserve. Occassionaly working with Rock Dollz Entertainment, she presently markets herself as well as her clients utilizing MySpace.
She has involved herself with every aspect of putting on a show; from contacting venue operators to gathering sponsor information. It’s not uncommon to find Amy on stage helping the band set up for a performance either. She is a go getter. Once her mind is made up, she will do whatever it takes to get her band on stage and in front of an audience. That’s where she is at home.
Her vision of CD covers and air play are one and the same. She has helped in many CD designs, delivering and arranging for demo play at radio stations throughout the Northeast US and Canada.
Executive and managerial decisions are also a forte of Amy’s. Her involvement with merchandising and production level decisions makes Amy an excellent addition to any musician’s portfolio.
