Mushroom Kingdom started as a thursday night jam session of five musicians who thought they had No Chance in Hell of putting together a band that was worth listening to. After two years of jamming with various musicians in the Sacramento Delta Region, old farts and young, from blues to jazz to honky tonk delta back porch pickers to conga play'n hippies camp'n out at the bus depot. Mushroom Kingdom has evolved into a band thats rock'n juke joints from the gold country foothills to the back road bars of the California Delta.
