Welcome to Isolation Disorder Press

About Me

Isolation Disorder Press is the brainchild of Brian K. Smith and Iann Robinson, both long time comic fans who suffer from a clinical mania about them. they joined, creating not Voltron, but instead a small press company called, appropriately enough Isolation Disorder Press. IDP comics are available at New England Comics in Harvard Square, Coolidge Corner and Allston. They're also available at Comicopia in Kenmore Square, Million Year Picnic in Harvard Square and RRR Records in Lowell.
If you're interested in putting our book on your shelves please contact us at [email protected]. You can also contact us there or here if you are an artist wishing to work with us. We are EXTREMELY small press so payment is in copies of the books we press up.
If you want a copy of any of the books please send $4 which covers the cost of each book, except Thinguy & Fin, that's only $1 as well as shipping. Mail it to
Isolation Disorder Press
Box 84
Tyngsboro, MA 01879.
Send well hidden cash, or a check or money order made out to Brian Smith and we'll fling a funnybook your way.
Please check out our official website: Isolation Disorder Press

COMICS OUT NOW:
RECUR: The story of a boy who kills himself and then "recurs" as a sort of ghost. He is thus allowed to see the ripple of effect caused by what he's done, including how it effects his best friend and his father.
A FISTFIGHT WITH GOD: The story of a man who loses his wife to a drunk driver. In dealing with his pain, God appears before him to console him and instead they end up fighting.
THE DAILY GRIND OF THINGUY AND FIN: Has zero plot, it's just basically a way for Iann to write funny stuff and to do his own "artwork" for a book.
COMING SUMMER 2007:
THE DRIFTER: Sci-Fi, magic, western gun fights, a war in Heaven, Hell on Earth and demons. All this kicks off in issue #1 of Iann's first on going title. Artwork by Kyle Lindholm.
WOULDN'T IT BE COOL IF BON SCOTT WAS THE HERALD OF GALAXXUS: The first re-teaming of Iann and Brian since Fistfight With God. Basically answering the age old question of how would the greatest rock frontman ever handle being a herald for a world eater.
SOME AGORAPHOBIC GIRL: The story of a girl who's mental breakdown has manifested itself in a monster who won't leave and chain smoking teddy bear who tries to help her. Story by Iann Robinson, Artwork by JB Sapienza.
