G8 Brand, is a first-of-it’s-kind gaming apparel and accessories company. Our collection of limited edition t-shirts consists of innovative, high fashion prints, inspired by nostalgic gaming designs and classic video game imagery.
G8 Brand looks to change the perception that the public has of gamers and their sense of style. Gaming is now a lifestyle thanks to gaming competitions, ease-of-use and availability of technology. Revenues from gaming have now reached $35 Billion worldwide, more than twice that of the NBA, NFL, and MLB combined. The G8 Brand mantra, “Crash the System’â€, is indicative of the gaming generation wanting to do away with stereotypes about gamers being geeks and opens the way for people to see that gamers are found in all walks of life.
“I always wondered why nobody had ever done an apparel brand for gamers,†notes G8 Brand owner, Tony Crisp. “What Quicksilver has given to surfers and what Volcom has given to skaters is what I want G8 Brand to give to gamers...a brand to call their ownâ€. Crisp has spent many years in the apparel industry and was previously voted Best Fashion Designer by OC Weekly Magazine. His extensive experience in the apparel industry, combined with his love of video games lead Crisp to create G8 Brand.
Already, G8 Brand has set their sights on capturing the attention of competitive gamers. Next, the brand will introduce a special artist series of t-shirts, featuring designs by some of the world’s most well known artists in the gaming industry and a signature series with some of the world’s top pro gamers.
