About Me

Get Your Own Voice Player Managehttp://www.erectronics.com :)check it out yo! I am a weirdo, most people find me amusing when I'm really serious yet they find me serious when I'm only joking. I have a mind that is going in a million directions at once, just not in your direction. I'm tactlessly blunt. I've learned a few new words to described myself, these include mordant and scabrous and on occassion scatological. I like those socks that individually seperate each toe from each other.http://download.wbr.com/thesun/rd.mov
I love this quote: The building is a symbol, as is the act of destroying it. Symbols are given power by people. Alone, a symbol is meaningless, but with enough people, blowing up a building can change the world.Who? Who is but the form following the function of what and what I am is a man in a mask. I'm not questioning your powers of observation I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is.Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, and ideas are bulletproof. And thus I clothe my naked villainy / With old odd ends stolen forth from holy writ/And seem a saint when most I play the devil.

My Interests

Rock and Roll Music, My delicious looking Fender Jag-Stang...yum it plays like candy, I'm the lead singer of a amateur band call Five Minutes Now I like extreme sports, I just started snowboarding but the snow is gone now so that sucks, I also started BMX freestyle stunt biking. I can't do much other than endos and bunny hops for now and ride the quarter pipe. Occasionally I do stuff like wake boarding, surfing (but not often because I hate salt water, and my wet suit is not warm enough), Rock wall climbing, paint ball, and just plain fighting and I work out regularly now, i love the smell of nicotine in my lungs after a good workout.

I'd like to meet:

My sweet Cherry

Music:

Muse, The Faint, Golden Boy and Miss Kitten, Fisherspooner, Distillers, Block Party, Frou Frou, Zero 7 and Goldfrapp, Portishead, Jem they are pretty good and mellow. I usually like emotionally disturbed lyrics. I enjoy songs about hate and disappointment Fiona Apple, Morrissey, Marilyn Manson, Garbage, NIN stuff that makes you think and occasionally laugh. I listen to everything, Hip Hop, Rap, R&B, Rock, Metal, Pop. Some of my favorites are Weezer, Guns N Roses, Rage Against the Machines, Linkin Park, NERD, Disturbed, New Order, Queen, Cream, Von Sheppard, Cat Stevens, Tool, Green Day, James Taylor, ELO, Bread, The Carpenters, AFI, System of a Down, The Beatles, 50 Cent.

Sometimes I feel trapped in the 80's or the early 90's. I have like every Depeche Mode, Smiths, Erasure album. I also like Phantom of the Opera and the occasional classical symphony like Chopin or Mozart. Sometime I like vagina rock like Sarah Maclachlan, Abra Moore or Lisa Loeb or Liz Phair (the old stuff). By far, my favorite 80's collection is the 7 disc Vice City soundtrack, any real avid 80's fan should get it.

Movies:

Fight Club, Ichi the Killer,V for Vendetta, OldBoy, SinCity, Boondock Saints, De-Lovely, Vanilla Sky, Moulin Rouge, Stargate, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Movies about the Devil including Devil's Advocate and The Prince of Darkness. Robotech, Matrix, Frida, Big Trouble in Little China, Back to the Future, Indiana Jones, Young Guns, Tombstone, The Goonies, Marvel Movies. I'm a sucker for romances like Someone Like You, Sleepless in Seattle, and when Harry Met Sally, Only You, I fell in love with Moira Kelly in Cutting Edge. I think it reflects the fact that I like bitches.

Television:

Heroes!!!,UFC and KOTC, Battlestar Galactica, Lost, Arrested Development, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show, All Quiz Triva shows like Jeopeordy. Viva La Bam, Southpark, Family Guy, Futurerama, Drawn Together, Friends, Will & Grace, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Connan O'Brian, Simpsons, SNL, Robot Chicken, Dave Chapelle and Quantum Leap, Monster Garage, Overhaulin. I especially like the episode on those freaking huge blind ants called "Siafu".

Books:

Man I keep starting so many books at a time!!!!
Currently Reading:Alexander Hamilton's Biography, The Radioactive Boy Scout, Imperfect Justice, Paradise Lost, Lovely Bones, The Virtue of Selfishness
Past Books:Guns, Germs and Steel, Hegemony or Survival, Time For Love, Natan Sharansky's The Case for Democracy, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, The Restaurant at the End of the Universe, Life the Universe and Everything, So Long and Thanks for all the Fish, Mostly Harmless (you will seriously get addicted to this story, it is so funny)
Life of Pi, America, Lullaby by Chuck Palahniuk (this one was pretty interesting what if it could actually be that easy), IBM & the Holocaust (I'm a believer now), The Devil Wears Prada (hilarious), The Curious Incident of the Dog At Midnight (also funny), The Dirty Girls Social Club (so so, the Hispanic version of joy luck club/sex in the city), Devil in the White City (a great learning experience) ,Deception Point (exhilaratingly) and Stiff (by Mary Roach). I totally suggest Stiff but it's not for the weak of heart or stomach to read, it is quite graphic. I usually read satires, I like irony and stories that make fun of our ordinary lives. I also read stuff about writing and business. The DaVinci Code, Bridget Jones's Diary, Stephen King on Writing, A New Brand World, The Cluetrain Manifesto, Angels and Demon and that was definitely better that DaVinci Code, it's a must read. Fabric of the Cosmos by Brian Greene and so far it's pretty good, the beginning is a bit slow but it starts to kick in around Quantum Theory and Probability Waves. DNA The Secret of Life was a bit cool but but boring towards the middle.

Heroes:

My top have to be Alexander Hamilton, Dr. Samual Beckett, MacGyver and Tyler Durten followed by:
Mr. Belding, Christopher Walken, Elvira, Kyle Broflovski Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Johnny Knoxville & Wee Man. I also have to add Mojo Jojo, he's just a misunderstood monkey with a huge brain.
My Own Quotes:
"Love is a vile addiction and I'm in withdrawal!"
Enlightenment doesn't always blossom from the seed of rare phenomena. In reflecting upon our ordinary days, we find ways to make them extraordinary because knowledge reveals that every day is extraordinary if you have learned from it.
-Namanh Hoang , Inspired by Kierkegaard
