BIOGRAFIA PRINCELION:
Matteo Lion a.k.a. Princelion nasce a Padova il 30 Marzo 1984. Dall’età di quattordici anni ascolta Reggae e Ska grazie ad amici; a quindici anni inizia a "fare il DJ" in feste private. Dopo varie serate con il nome di “Lion Of Judah”, Princelion organizza la prima edizione del “Ponte Vibrations Festival” assieme a due cari amici amanti del Reggae, festival realizzato in collaborazione con la cooperativa sociale “Terra” e con il comune di Ponte San Nicolò (PD). Grazie a questo festival Princelion conosce Mr.Robinson e i due si trovano perfettamente in sintonia. Dopo alcune serate assieme nasce il progetto “Kareggae Sound System”, nato nel settembre 2004. “Lion Of Judah” cambia il nome in “Princelion”. Dal 2004 diventa parte (regia) de L’Isola di Mr.Robinson (programma radiofonico di musica Reggae-Dancehall su Radio Sherwood) e webmaster della rubrica omonima sul sito www.sherwood.it. Scrive articoli, recensioni di dischi e organizza inteviste ad artisti del calibro di Morgan Heritage, I-Wayne, Wayne Wonder, Freddie Krueger, Freddie McGregor, Stone Love, Buju Banton, Alborosie, Ill Inspecta, ecc. Dal 2004 Princelion scrive sul Reggae magazine italiano Rastasnob, principalemente nella rubrica “L’Isola Di Mr.Robinson” ma non solo. Dal 2007 tiene anche un blog sulle reggaenews (http://flyabout.wordpress.com). Nel 2007, dopo aver vissuto 2 anni a Venezia torna a Padova e conosce personalmente Vibrabbona Sound, uno dei sound della città nato nel Settembre 2006. Agli inizi del 2008, entra nel sound e lascia definitivamente “Kareggae Sound” , ma continua con il programma radio “L’Isola di Mr.Robinson”. Ha aperto le serate di Junior Delgado (JA), Baby Cham (JA), Pinchers (JA), Spice (JA), L.P. International (USA), General Levy (UK), Supersonic (D), Esa, Lu Marra, Fido Guido, Mad Kid, Marjas, Maddawg, Roy Paci & Aretuska, oltre ad aver suonato con sound italiani come Northern Lights, Cosca Jonica, Big Bamboo, Ematoras, Rude Massive, Balooba, Soul Earthquake, Vito War, Nameless, Casalypso, Zion Cuts, Bom Chilom, Mad Volcano, Burnin' Fyah, King P, ecc. Ha Partecipato al Veneto Blaze II e al North East Soundbwoys Arena - Chapter I, come Vibrabbona Sound ha organizzato lo showcase The Italian Job.

PRINCELION'S BIOGRAPHY:
Matteo Lion a.k.a. Princelion was born in Padua on the 30th of March 1984. Since he was 14 he starts listening to Reggae and Ska, thanks to some friends; at 15 he begins to be the DJ at private parties. After some shows with the name of “Lion of Judah”, Princelion organizes the first edition of “Ponte Vibration Festival” with a couple of friends, lovers of Reggae music. Thanks o this festival Princelion meets Mr.Robinson and they start togheter some projects: the most important is Kareggae Sound System, born on September 2004. “Lion of Judah” changes his name into Princelion and becames the direction of the radio program Mr.Robinson’s Island (a program of Reggae-Dancehall on Radio Sherwood) and webmaster of the section of the program on www.sherwood.it. He writes articles, album reviews and interwies to artists as Morgan Heritage, I-Wayne, Wayne Wonder, Freddie Krueger, Freddie McGregor, Stone Love, Buju Banton, Alborosie, Ill Inspecta, etc. since 2004 Princelion writes on the Italian Reggae Magazine “Rastasnob”, mostly in the column “Mr.Robinson’s Island” but not only. Since 2007 he has his own blog about Reggaenews (http://flyabout.wordpress.com). Since 2007, after two years spent in Venice, he goes back to Padua and gets along with Vibrabbona, one of the sounds of the city born in 2006. In 2008 he becomes part of Vibrabbona Sound, with Nino and Andre, concluding his experience with Kareggae Sound. He did the warm-up of Junior Delgado (JA), Baby Cham (JA), Pinchers (JA), Spice (JA), L.P. International (USA), General Levy (UK), Supersonic (D), Esa, Lu Marra, Fido Guido, Mad Kid, Marjas, Maddawg, Roy Paci & Aretuska, and he dj'ed with many italian sounds as Northern Lights, Cosca Jonica, Big Bamboo, Ematoras, Rude Massive, Balooba, Soul Earthquake, Vito War, Nameless, Casalypso, Zion Cuts, Bom Chilom, Mad Volcano, Burnin' Fyah, King P, ecc. He took part of Veneto Blaze II and North East Soundbwoy Arena - Chapter I, and with Vibrabbona Sound he organized the showcase The Italian Job.
