Bands- Contact- 1980-1984. The Civillians- 1984-1987. The Wildelifers - 1988. 1992. Jigawa - 1994-1999. 1999 - present - session work. Current project - jazz funk band Natural Remedy.Began playing the guitar at the age of 10. Starting performing in my fathers band at 14 and soon after in various school bands. First 'serious' band 'Contact' was with keyboardist Ronan Hardiman who later went on to compose Lord of the dance for Michael Flately and many other great compositions. Worked with Ronan on his album ‘Solas’ and played the guitar tracks for the TV series about Nashville ‘ Music City USA’ also with Ronan. Formed 'The Civillians' which became a big live draw in the 80's. Various movie sound tracks, jingles and independant recording sessions followed. Performed live with Eurovision winner Niamh Kavanagh, Texas singer/songwriter Joe Sun, Dublin singer /songwriter Peter Moore, Canadian singer/songwriter Elle Spencer Lewis, and Irish singing star Red Hurley.
