Began playing guitar in 1982 (..shouldve got a decent milk round!)..did the usual thing going in and out of bands Winters Reign,No Sweat,The Daniel Weaver Band and Swamp with Donal Kirk and Brian Downey (probably the last gig I enjoyed doing fun wise)....did some audio engineering for about 5 years during which time I didnt really pick up a guitar at all,to my detrement... Moved to Belfast from Dublin 11 years ago just as the Celtic Tiger was sharpening its teeth...No flashy pubs back then !In the past Ive partook in some good tours around Europe and North america... ..all good fun at the time and nothing too serious, met some great and talented people along the way...which is probably why I..m here writing this.......pics of my guitars are under the Pics section if you want a look.....amp wise I..ve got a nice collection of vintage stuff,but at the moment use a Matchless DC-30 for gigging so I dont have to tear up my older ones.....the tracks on the MP-3 player where recorded for a songster named Pat Silke from Dublin for an album he is working on,these are just solo snippets from the recordings and not the finished product.......hello to all and thanks for dropping by.
