5.) Participate in a community clean-up.
6.) Organise a tree-planting and get your community involved. Research what trees belong in your clime.
7.) Organise a bake-sale or pancake breakfast and use the funds as the basis of your new project!
8.) Get friends involved ALWAYS. The more you invite, the more fun an activity will be.
9.) Push for recycling programmes in your church, school, and workplace.
10.) Replace incandescent bulbs with Compact Fluorescent bulbs. You won't regret it.

13.)Use mass transit systems where available.
14.) BE A VEGETARIAN! This is the single best thing you can do for the environment and your body.
15.)Organise community newspaper recycling bins.
16.) Drive with a purpose, it's cheaper and more quick than aimlessly going from place to place.
17.)Bring your own mug to your favourite coffee house. 18.)Bring your own bags to the supermarket OR get paper and recycle.
19.) If you can't be a vegetarian, eliminate meat just one day a week.

22.) Unplug all of your appliances, even if they're off. Appliances that aren't running account for 11% of household energy use.
