About Me

It started as a book. Now it is becoming a force to help educate and motivate younger generations to be good stewards of their planet! “How The Land of Litter Became the Kingdom of Clean” is a wonderful environmental children’s book about recycling, litter prevention, protecting our water and good stewardship towards the earth. (It is also great reading for children of all ages!) It is quickly becoming a popular and important book. It takes place in a medieval kingdom and features Dragons that recycle and Knights that litter and pollute until they are taught about their impact on the Kingdom. The book is written by Dave Street, who is one of the main emcees of EcoFest, New York City’s environmental festival. It is published by Barber Books and printed on 100% POST CONSUMER RECYCLED PAPER and 100% CHLORINE-FREE, BLEACH-FREE PAPER! It features beautiful color drawings by artist Elizabeth Chack and awesome interior design by Anthony Rios. The website also features links to many great Environmental sites around the world. Enjoy the book. Become our friend. “Please Don’t Litter, Recycle Instead.” That’s what the Dragon said. “The Kingdom Of Clean” Is Now Being Made Into A Musical For Kids! The above song “A Pain In The Drain” is from the Musical. Dave & Co. are already doing parts of it in a school assembly for kids. (Do not worry about the vocals - Dave knows he can’t sing. Real singers will be doing the songs in the Musical. We just wanted to share this song.) More songs will follow.
