About Me

Richard Osmon, Jr.
Real Estate Broker
Richard is the principal real estate broker of this Century 21 team. He has years of experience as an electrician, inspector and, most importantly, a real estate broker. His extensive background in construction and development brings to the table responsible fiscal management, strong social skills and an urgent sense of ethics.
Richard is visionary and always looking to streamline processes for clients. He oversees listings and the Real Estate School, and manages the real estate brokers within this marketing program.
Rachael Osmon
Real Estate Broker
Getting my start in real estate on the commercial and multi-family sides, has provided me with an added perspective. To this day, I practice both commercial and residential brokering. This helps keep a pulse on the market and helps facilitate finding pieces of investment property for future development.
My goal is to ensure that our team consistently delivers the best possible service to our clients. I work with both buyers and sellers in the real estate transactions.
Richard and Rachael are a family team with more years of combined Real Estate experience than most. Richard grew up in Aloha, Oregon – just blocks from where they are choosing to raise their family. Together, they enjoy the outdoors and cherish time with family.
