BIOGRAPHY
kelly Stopek,18 years old, born in Tel-Aviv
and raised in a small town in the north of Israel.
her interests for electronic dance music started by the age
of 11 when she used to listen to all dance music shows
in the local radio stations.
at the time Kelly turned 14 she began practicing and learning
how to mix records and CDs and started to look for some clubs
to play first times as a hobby.
when kelly turned 15 she already started to play in all the
well known local clubs and festivals around the north of Israel.
lately she also played in Tel-Aviv area in some of the
big parties as in Zillion club in Herzelia city together with
top Israelian prog trance producer Hydroid, and one of the most
succesful dj's from the Flash Brothers- Shmuel Flash.
Flash Brothers also supports and choose Kelly as their
'breakthrough dj for 2007' in the latest DJ Mag top 100 issue of 2006.
Kelly also got her own monthly radio shows called "Dirty Grooves"
on Pure.FM radio from San Francisco and was also one of the guest
djs in "Floorfillers" show by Shmuel Flash & Huge-A also on Pure.FM.
Kelly used to play lots of different styles of electronic dance
music in the past few years when djing.
at the begining she was more into the funky tribal and even trancey
stuff and nowdays she moved forward musically and play mostly
electro minimal and prog house.
nowdays she continue with her gigs around the country
and soon also start working on her own music productions.
