Granite & Phunk began their audio assault on the dance music industry in fall of 2003. With the anthem driven "KNOCK U OVER" on TOOLROOM RECORDS as their first release, the Texas duo set off on a path of dance floor destruction and shows no sign of letting up soon. GAP is now recognized worldwide for their unique productions, which lean towards a fresh blend of melodic & electro house. DJing together since 2004, GAP have rocked clubs from Australia to Ukraine, Puerto Rico, NYC, Chicago to Canada and of course the wonderful city of Miami, where they now call home. GAP productions are supported by the industries biggest names including: PETE TONG to Mark Knight, Trophy Twins, Judge Jules, Fedde Le Grand, Sharam [Deep Dish] to Stonebridge. A solid ear for the "hook" and quirky song structures make them a much desired remix team as well, having done remixes for industry heavyweights like Mike Gray, Sucker Djs, Jason Herd, Noir, Ultra Nate & Chris Kaeser. Lookout for the next phase of GAP originals which will begin to take on dancefloors this summer. You can find Granite & Phunk production work on the biggest labels around, which include TOOLROOM RECORDS, ULTRA, MOS/Hussle, NERVOUS, GOSSIP RECORDS and many, many more. Onwards & upwards for the duo of dancefloor doom!!!NOTES:Granite & Phunk - Knock U Over [Toolroom Records] makes #10 in MIXMAG Magazine. ::::::::::::::::::Granite & Phunk - Knock U Over [Toolroom Records] reaches #14 on Buzz Chart.Oscar G [Murk] includes Acoustic Nerve - Feel It [Granite & Phunk mix] on his Essential Selection mix. ::::::::::::::::::Mark Knight includes Gutterpunk - Up 2 11 [Granite & Phunk mix] on his Essential Selection mix. :::::::::::::::::::Sharam [Deep Dish] includes Digital 38MM aka Granite & Phunk - Bewildered on his Essential Selection mix :::::::::::::::::::::P r o g r e s s i v e M a n a g e m e n t
