Since its inception zafusy has been honoured with Poetry Landmark status by the UK Poetry Society, and was chosen by The British Library for online preservation as part of their UK Web Archiving project.
zafusy is not released in issues, but instead new poems appear periodically, with the older poems moving to the archive. A full editorial cycle usually spans between 3 and 4 months.
