About Me

People Like Me 2008
"It's My Nature"
People Like Me is a unique multicultural arts education program featuring diverse world dance and music in a theatrical format. A new theme-based storyline is created each year, that highlights the diversity of cultural traditions, and the value of the arts. Related curriculum topics are woven in, to delight and inform audiences of all ages.Click here for this year's theme and artist information.
Join us for the 14th season of the San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival's arts education program. People Like Me is an engaging multicultural dance and music presentation, which introduces five world dance and music genres tied together in an exciting storyline.
This unique, interactive, performance for children includes a pre-show and a 15 minute interactive post-show “meet and greet” with the artists.
