Hello Everyone!

I am 24 years old and currently attending The National Personal Training Institute while completing my Nutrition Certification. I believe that Fitness and Nutrition are the keys to a long healthy life. Nutrition is so crucial for our bodies to function at an optimal level. Have you noticed lately that there is an increase of obesity, cancer, and disease in our society? It is my belief that this is due to the increase in stress and decrease of proper nutrition and adequate exercise. With out these two things, our bodies literally break down. It is my goal to share with you some of the knowledge that I am learning on my personal quest for a healthy and balanced life.
