About Me

Next gig:
WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING MANAGEMENT AND LIVE PROMOTERS (ESPECIALLY THOSE IN LONDON) TO WORK WITH. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN REPRESENTING US, THEN PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL WITH YOUR INFORMATION.
Ostracoda have been honing their hard rock sound in the rehearsal rooms and venues of the East of England for the past four years. Formed in 2003, they have become a tight and melodic unit built on the foundations of traditional hard rock and alternative music and have influences steeped in bands such as Faith No More, Manic Street Preachers, Pearl Jam, Guns 'n Roses, Clutch, Opeth, Van Halen and Coheed & Cambria. 2006 saw the release of their fourth EP entitled 'Roads From A to B' and the band are embracing the internet to widen their fanbase, believing the minefield of digital promotion to be the best tool any unsigned band has at their disposal in the current musical market. Gigs all over the country are planned until the end of the year, or until the band run out of money.
Ostracoda are played on the Rock Block:
