The Sex Prophets are an American rock band from Miami Beach, Florida. Formed in 2007, it is composed of Isaac Bichachi (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Ryan Schneider (guitar, vocals), Monch Sallons (bass), and Carlos Sanchez (drums). The band’s edgy, guitar-driven sound is influenced by 80’s hardcore punk, 90’s alternative rock and classic British rock. Still, the band offers its unique musical flavor by emphasizing well-crafted melodies, pulsating rhythms and strong pop sensibilities. Sex Prophets songs address issues such as, terrorism (Box-cutter Paradise), drug culture (Trippin’ Days), addiction (Nostrum), heartbreak (The Best Things Never Last, More Than I Can Take), self and social acceptance (Extinction, The Hierarchy), and love (Eros, Unspoken). With their fresh sounds, strong rhythms and captivating lyrics, The Sex Prophets create an unforgettable sound that is contagious to the ear.
