I am a former Professional Athlete in Alpine skiing and Model... but after a career ending injury, I decided to become a Personal Trainer and massage therapist to Actors and Athletes in Vancouver and L.A. I have many interests... and they all include being spontaneous and living each day to the fullest with no regrets.. Life is short, and it's NEVER too late to be what you could have been!!

Hip-Hip, Rap, Dance, R&B you name it. I just recently went to the Christina Aguilera Show with the Pussy Cat Dolls, and John Mayer. I went to the Police concert that kicked off here in Vancouver and it was incredible. Now I'm waiting for Gwen Stefani and Akon then Justin Timberlake, followed be Beyonce. Then I am headed to Las Vegas for the MTV Video Music Awards...

Movies:

Anything thriller or Horror... Just watched the new Bourne movie and it was incredible!!

Television:

I am a self proclaimed reality T.V JUNKIE!! I know... I'm soooooo embarassed!

Books:

Anything on offshore investing or banking, Fitness based books etc.
