B3, aka beats, bytes and the big screen, is a 'not for profit' arts media network which acts as a catalyst between producers of urban culture and multi-ethnic audiences. Our core activities encompass film/video, marketing/PR and new media.

As one of UK 's leading specialists in urban film exhibition, marketing and promotion, B3 have been responsible for devising and implementing highly successful audience outreach initiatives with local community organisations across the UK through the independent film network.

Our screenings and events have included Q & A's with some of the leading names in urban cinema: Spike Lee, Samuel L. Jackson, Hughes Bros., Denzel Washington, Julie Dash, Nelson George, Issac Julian, Haile Gurima, Gurinder Chada and others.

My Interests

B3 nurtures, develops and showcases creative talent - filmmakers, visual artists, musicians from communities that are underrepresented by the mainstream.

B3 works across a range of media including short film, spoken word, moving image and feature film. Our work and events are hosted locally, regionally and internationally to support talent across these mediums.
