About Me

Blind Society was formed in 1999 in Northern Virginia from three members of a band called "WGK"....Members of previous bands, "Hellion", "9353", and the "Robert Byrd Blues Band", "Maddox" and others. The band was comprised of..........Eric Nutter- Vocals - previously from Maddox - local metal band...... Andrew Simmons - Guitar - from legendary 9353 fame and others(Since replaced by guest guitarists Mark Morris and the incredible Boerge Olzen, guest guitarist on "The Chase Revisited")....... Steve Mindak - Bass Guitar - from the famous Robert Byrd Blues Band and others.......Philip Bloxam - founding member of "WGK" and "Blind Society", also from the legendary 80's underground metal band , "Hellion" and briefly with "While Heaven Wept" ........... Hellion was formed in 1980. Members of "Hellion" included Norman Lawson (guitars), Joe Gillette (guitars), Brian Roman (Bass), Ricky Tigner (Vocals), Phil Bloxam (drums)... Not to be confused with LA's female fronted "Hellion", "Hellion" had great ties with "Death Row", with legendary "Raven" drummer, Joe Hasselvander, one of the areas best drummers, and "The Obsessed", another underground band .... Some of the members went on to play with the likes of Dave Grohl and members of "Queens of the Stone Age"!!!........Sonic SoySauce is back together in the studio to release more material!!!!!!!! Check out: www.chrisgalvan.com for upcoming performances in the area!!!!!! and Sonic Soysauce myspace site....Peace from Phil B.!!!!!I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
