Growing up in the Washington DC area, I played in all the local nightclubs, as well as many venues on the University of Maryland campus. Many before I was old enough to get in as a patron.
In the late'70's I played with a band named "Up In Smoke" long before Cheech and Chong made thier movie. Then came "Inside Strait", and the infamous "Marbles" (still the only band to play 2 weeks straight at The Bayou nightclub in Georgetown).
The mid 80's produced such bands as "The Hitmen" and "The Local Dawgs", as well as a sidebar with "Private Parts"(pre-Howard Stern). In 1992 I moved to Hampton Roads. Many years of non-playing are involved. Enter Dave Scott and Bud Jones. Coaxing me out of my long involutary rerirement I joined Epix, playing alot of great music I had always wanted to play, such as Rush and Yes.
I'm thrilled to say that I am now playing with Bigger Dream! Thanks to Will and Deborah for asking me to come on board.
Everyone be sure to check out the web site thebiggerdream.com and the band's myspace page for all the news and our schedule!
Yo Mike! It's good to hear from you again! Go check out MTR's Full House Myspace page.
Also a shout to old friend Denny in Hollywood!!
