About Me

Hi, my name is Ryan Celestain, and I'm the owner and contributing author of Your Secret Gold Mine
www.YourSecretGoldMine.com

The reason why I created this myspace page is because im just so sick and tired of meeting all these wonderful, gifted, and talented entrepreneurs…
…only to find out that they’ve lost their passion for life and given up on their dreams by working for someone else and settling for a low paying
J-O-B (J-O-B Just Over Broke!)
And so my goal with this myspace page is to bring back “H.O.P.E.” to all of the bright, young, ambitious “could-be” leaders out there who have given up on their dreams!
H.O.P.E. Equals
Helping

People
Excel
I’ve been absolutely blessed to be a full-time entrepreneur working from home and making money on the internet.
And all I do is use free websites like MySpace, YouTube and many other web 2.0 platforms to promote my business, get free leads, and drive massive traffic to my websites without having to spend a single dime on advertising.
Ill show you later how you can get 12 free training videos that walk you through step-by-step how im getting tons of free exposure for my business using all these new web 2.0 websites…
But first let me tell you a little bit more about myself:
Im 23 years old I have lived in Oklahoma pretty much my whole life.
A lot of people are curious about my ethnicity so here goes lol.

On my moms side im Irish, Scottish, Pennsylvania Black Dutch, and Cherokee Indian and on my dads side im Black and French.
Yeah I know… theres a lot in the mix.

I am extremely athletic.
I work out and run a regular basis and im training for my second marathon.
I ran my first marathon in Nov of 06 and it was the hardest and most challenging thing I have ever done but once I crossed the finish line it was such an amazing feeling and accomplishment.

Im a health nut I think I drive people crazy with my healthy eating habits.
I love to cook, but love to eat even more.
Im a video game junkie and ill play just about anything.
I am into personal development, so I read and or listen to audio books pretty much all the time.
As a kid growing up I had always wanted to be an architect.
I remember in the first grade we had a career day show and tell so we all got to bring and dress up like what we wanted to be when we grew up, and I was an architect.
From that point on i did whatever it took to be the best.
My senior year of High School i even competed against the top 2% of the nation in a Skills USA VICCA drafting competition
I decided it was time to take my skills to the next level, I decided to attend OSU and major in architecture.
I was looking at a 6 year masters program, a 3 year internship program, and after spending thousands and thousands of dollars on my education I wasn’t even guaranteed a job once I graduated.
Now even if I have a job lined up after graduation I was looking at working 50-60-70 hours per week to provide a lifestyle for me and my family that I wasn’t even going to be able to enjoy.
Right then and there I realized that I had been pursuing the dream of money not architecture.
I mean sure I was skilled and I enjoyed it but I wanted the money not the career.
That was a very crucial point in my life

When i was a senior in high school my dad had given me a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad by a guy named Robert Kiyosaki.
Little did I know but that was the start of something huge! After i finally read the book (a year later) out of no where good friend of mine introduced me to the home based business arena. I was blown away and I was ready to get started and make things happen for my self.

So after working hard and having a minimal success the company went under. I was shocked and devistated. I wondered if the industry really worked or if it was just like what my friends and family really said, a waste of time. I jumped form company to company trying different things out still no success.
So what did I do?
I gave into my friends and family and I got a “Real Job” Making really good money and I had nice benefits.
And it was nice having money.
I mean what’s the big deal with business ownership anyway right?
HaHa Big Mistake

So for two years I was working as a pipe designer/ draftsmen for a piping company.
Making a decent living but creating a fortune for my boss.
He had the nice homes, cars, Motorcycles basically everything one would consider the signs of success.
For 6 months I battled false accusations.
Each month seemed like I was in the hot seat for something I didn’t do.
I finally realized I needed a change so I asked for a 6 week sabbatical to clear my head and figure things out and a few days later I got the sabbatical!
It was a lot earlier than I had expected and a lot longer than I had expected.
I was terminated on the spot.
Life is full of experiences and this is one of the craziest experiences I have had.
Shock Betrayal Confusion Hurt Sadness
I just sat there in silence in his office with all of that running through my head .
Then my boss stood up and said thank you and that was that.
It hurt.
Everything in life happens for a reason

Earlier that day I was listening to a key note speech on finding your calling.
Websters definition of a calling is a strong inner urge or an impulse an occupation or vocation.
A calling is so much more than a vocation or an occupation.
An occupation or a job is simply a way to make money.
But a calling is making a living while making a difference.

Martin Luther King said that "It came neither by some miraculous vision nor by some blinding light experience on the road of life. It was a response to an inner urge that gradually came upon me."

Walter Reuther "There is no greater calling than to serve your fellow men."
At that moment I realized that that spending the rest of my life as a draftsmen was not my calling.
Its not what God had called me to do.
And I knew the drafting chapter of my life was coming to an end.
So when I had been terminated I felt a huge burden that had been lifted off of me.
And I was ready to step up to my true calling, my true potential and make a difference in the lives of others.
Martin Luther King “Our lives begin to end when we become silent about the things that matter. “
I found my calling!
What im offering to you right now is “H.O.P.E.”

I am a student of personal development

I learned a very valuable principal from one of my mentors Jim Rohn. He said “Work harder on yourself than you do on your job”

Thats what I have been doing for the last few years I have read the books, listened to the audio programs and I have attended the seminars.

And when the day came for me to go out and create my future I had a solid foundation to build upon.
I hit the ground running and haven’t looked back sense.
Jeremiah 29:11
“I know the plans I have for you, declared the Lord, Plans to prosper you not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

One Of My Long Term Goals
I am athletic by nature. I have played various sports since i was 5. These days I stay in shape by running. One of my long term goals is to compete in the Ironman Triathlon Championship in Hawaii. A 2.4-mile ocean swim, 112-mile bike race and 26.2-mile run. Competitors have 17 hours to finish. Cutoff times are also applied to the swim (2:20 after start of race) and the bike (10:30 after the start of race.) Heck yeah!!! Bring it on!!!
