I’m a teacher at heart. I taught at the Middle School and High School level for over 10 years. I currently do a lot of motivational and spiritual teaching at my church and business consulting in my community. I am a motivational speaker who has trained and taught crowds of 300 or more how to obtain success in their business as well as their lives. I have conducted training calls for Agel Enterprises. I have also contibuted to training calls for MLM Goldmine. I also own my own video production company, DivineVideoDesigns. Through my speaking engagements and my production company I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the Top Christian leaders, Entertainers, Realtors, and Business owners in the MD, D.C. Metropolitan area. My mission in life is to help & share with others, how to obtain the same success in business that I have known no matter what industry they are in.
Why I Created This Page
The reason why I created this MySpace page is because I see so many people out there who have so much potential within them. They have a “Red Hot†burning desire to be successful, and their willing to do what ever it takes to reach that success. However, no matter what they do they still aren’t seeing the type of results they want in their careers or business.
I believe the reason that they aren’t receiving the success they so desire is because there is a lack of proper leadership, guidance, mentoring and coaching. All the things needed that will actually make a difference for them in their lives.
My goal with this MySpace page is to attract all those who are like me and want to give back to others or for those who simply want more out of their current business venture. So if you can relate to any of what has been shared so far or if this sounds something like you then I have good news for you.
In a moment I’m going to share with you my system that I’ve put together that has allowed many to reach the highest levels of success. I’m going to open your world to some of the best kept teachings and strategies from some of my own personal mentors that have helped me get to where I am today.
All I do is use free websites like MySpace, YouTube, and many other Web 2.0 platforms to promote my business, get free leads, and drive massive traffic to my websites without having to spend a single dime on advertising.

But first, let me just tell you a little bit more about myself:
I’m a 35 year old husband, father, minister and entrepreneur. I have four beautiful children, two girls and two boys. I grew up in the N.E. section of Washington DC, home of the Washington Redskins, until I was 9 and then moved to the state of Maryland, where I now reside. I grew up an only child until the age of ten, when my brother Dustin was born. Three years later my parents had another son, steven. Three boys under one roof. My mom and dad where both hard workers especially my dad. For as long as I can remember my dad always had two or three jobs. I respect him because he never gave excuse or complained he simply did what he had to to take care of the family. I always vowed to myself that I would do the same thing. However I was determined not to work two and three jobs.
During my youth I always wanted to make money. I raked my neighbors yards I shoveled snow, I sold candy in the neighborhood. I did whatever I could to make a little change. I was always telling my younger brothers that I would be rich. I felt greatness in me. During my high school years things were rough at home. I actually ran away to college. I failed every class my first year except piano. Lol. Needless to say I left college and got me a good government job and quickly realized what cubicle prison was like. Lol. After three years I went back to school, reconciled with my parents and graduated from Morgan State University in 1997. It was a long and hard journey, but I made it. The biggest lesson I learned in college was NEVER GIVE UP AND NEVER STOP DREAMING.
After college I got married and had three kids. I quickly realized I needed more money. I became a teacher after graduation and worked side jobs to make extra money. I tutored kids, taught summer school, yearbook, I aslo coached baseball etc. If there was a stipend to get I got it. What I quickly started to realize was I had NO TIME for my family! I was always working, I had become my father.
I always believed that I would be independently wealthy one day, I just was not sure of the vehicle that would allow me to obtain this dream. After having three children and purchasing my first home I began to realize that I needed to make more money if I wanted a better quality of life for my family. I had become “stuck†in a job that even though I loved children, I new it could never fulfill the dream of becoming financially secure
So in an attempt to break the work forever all the time cycle. I started my video production company and obtained my Real Estate License. Did I make more money? Yes! Was I still always working? YES!! So we made more money but had the same problem.
Then I was introduced to Network Marketing/MLM. A company called Pre-Paid Legal. I was excited about the possibilities of earning residual income. In my excitement I wanted to learn everything I could about the industry. I hung out with the leaders I asked every question I could. They in turned told me that there was a “system†to follow and if I followed it I too could become one of the leaders.
So what was this system
1. Make a list of 100 names
2. Talk to everyone within a 3ft radius
3. By tapes and tools
4. Brand/edify someone else other than myself
5. When all else fails buy leads.
I quickly found out that not everyone could be successful using “The system†As a matter of fact only 5% of all people who join ever really make six figures or more. The other 95% usually quit. So then I tried leads. No luck there either. So there I was, Not enough quality prospects, I had no time for family or friends. My team/organization could never break through that ceiling of duplication. So even though I believed in the industry I kept telling myself there has got to be a better way. Eventually after about two years I averaged about $1,000 per month, but it was at the cost of never being home, family and friends were always worried about me pitching them. I also realized that in order to continue receiving a check I could never take my foot off of the gas. My home-based business was not home-based. I had no time with wife and kids. I kept hearing from my upline that the sacrifice would be worth it. “ you might be missing birthdays and recitals now but it will be worth it in the end†What a bunch of crap. I became very frustrated. Though I had some success the members of my team did not. We were taught to fake it until we made it. Needless to say I got tired of missing my family and went back home.

A few years later I found myself looking for a new company. One where true leverage existed and I could one day let it run on its own. I was then introduced to a company called, Agel Enterprises. This was the turning point for me. I’d found a company that had a unique product and a great pay plan.

Do I have to go to meetings to be successful?
