My screen name speaks volumes on what I enjoy most. (smile) Barnes and Noble is indeed my best friend. I love to watch basketball and football. I'm my teenager's biggest fan at her basketball/soccer games and track meets. She makes me so proud as she moves into college real soon. Volunteering to help those who are abused and/or underprivileged is a priority.
My favorite(s):
Basketball teams: Timberwolves (they'll get better), Sonics and the NJ Nets.
Player(s): KG, Rashad McCants, Vince Carter, Ray Allen (underrated player) and Kobe Bryant
Football team: Vikings (of course)
Player(s): Erasmus James and Darren Sharper
I would love to meet Maya Angelou, Oprah, Judge Hatchett and Gloria Mayfield-Banks, NSD of Mary Kay, Inc. These are four women who have made a profound impact on others in a very positive way. One can always learn an abundance from mentors.
My favorite male artist is Brian McKnight. He is one of the most handsome and gifted artists of all time.
In addition, some of my favorite artists are: Whitney Houston, Keiko Matsui, Prince, Eric Benet,Will Downing, Toni Braxton, Marc Anthony, BabyFace, Selena, CeCe Winans, Elvis Crespo, Musiq, Ray Charles, and so many more.
