hello im Bill Gates current Chairman of Microsoft the worlds leader in computer software. As of 2008 though i am handing my title over to Ray Ozzie as cheif software architect. i also found Corbis, a digital image archiving company. I would like to spend more time with my charity the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation. I was born on october 28, 1955 in seattle with my two sisters. at the age of 13 i found i had a great like in computers and their software and began programming them. in 1973 i entered into Harvard University as a Freshman where I met Steve Ballmer who is currently microsofts's CEO. At Harvard i developed a version of the programming language BASIC for the first microcomputer. During my junior year at Harvard i decided to leave to further pursue Microsoft a company i started in 1975 with my childhood friend Paul Allen. I have 3 children and am currently married to Melinda Gates We have donated about 51% of our profits to our organization to help global health ansd learning. Some personal things about me are that my house is one of the most expensive houses built to date and is on Lake Washington, it's worth around 125 million. I was the number one richest man from 1993 to 2006 with around 50 billion dollars, and in 1999 my wealth reached its peak at just over 100 billion become a centibillionaire.
