** How long have they been in the field? Knowledge is crutial to a good investigation!
** Can you find articles/info about them? Do your homework,look for websites,newspapers ect.
** Can they give you referrals? Any good investigator will have referrals handy!
** Do they charge fees or gratitudes? Honest and professional investigators will not ask for fees or donations.
** What sort of reputation do they have? Again do some research,ask around,check referrals,ask local authorities about them.There are hundreds of fake investigators out there!
