Tape recorder as long as you have a mic..Just ask questions and they seem to respond to what you ask..There are alot of good programs out there such as goldwave and adobe audition to clean them up..also you may need to do several recordings before you get a response after that you should hear them more frequently..I have alot of amazing sites on my friends list for people who are really into the paranormal.. I think we all learn from one another different techniques.Which i think is a good thing we never can learn enough..
