About Me

Still Game is Scottish comedy at its best. A spin-off from the sketch show, Chewin' The Fat, Still Game already has 5 successful series' under its belt, with series 6 currently being filmed. Created by Ford Keirnan and Greg Hemphill, who also star in the show as Jack and Victor.
It was originally a stage play featuring 3 characters-Jack Jarvis(Ford Keirnan), Victor McDade(Greg Hemphill) and Winston Ingram(Paul Riley). The play toured England, Ireland and Canada before returning to Scotland with it where it was filmed at the Cottiers Theatre and is available on video and DVD.
When it made its TV debut on 1st September 2002, there were naturally more characters introduced. Boabby the barman(Gavin Mitchell), Tam Mullen(Mark Cox), Isa Drennan(Jane McCarry) and of course Navid(Sanjeev Kohli)
Series 6 is planned for July 2007.
