March 2007. Mike returns to England from Las Vegas, having recorded tracks with MARINO DE SILVA, and members of the SANTANA and CHRISTINA AGUILERA band which will be released later this year on the RHYTHM OF LIFE CD (watch this space for details!). Mike is now concentrating on his clinic tour 2007 which will see Mike playing dates all across the U.K. Mikes U.S.A. dates will be advertised on www.myspace.com/cdangelsacrossamerica. Said Marino, “I think every rock star or musician’s dream is to have their music played at a huge stadium for a major sporting event - it was fantastic, something I’ll never forget”. RHYTHM OF LIFE – the Album, due Summer 2007.Mike Simpson and Jason Bittner Clinic Tour 2006 Mike is awarded his Gold Disc in Las Vegas, to honor his drumming contribution on MARINO’s album AFTER FOREVER’S GONE (BMG/Sony/FM), in recognition of over 100,000 sales in the UK.
