About Me

A Good Evenin! I am a musician out of Salt Lake City. My main instrument is Drumset which I have been studying for 4.5 years. I've also been known to dabble on the Vibraphone. I am attending the University of Utah pursuing a Bachelors of Music in Jazz Performance.
I am currently working with:
Periodic Table of Funk
Eric Openshaw
Jackie Campbell
Thalia Condo
Rob Alvord
Wonderdog
Artists I have previously worked with include:
Dirty Copper
And now for a brief description of what's in the play box:
The Adventure of Magic Mush: This a a tune from Periodic Table of Funk. Recorded in my basement.
Funk On Your Pizza: Another tune from my funk band. This one is actually is funky!
Taxi Man: This is a song written by my good friend Rob Alvord aka SirRobertSexy . Credits are as follows: Rob Alvord- Composition, Bass, Guitar, Vocals; Thomas Sienko- Drumset, Recording, Mixing, Mastering. Special thanks to Eric Openshaw for sharing his recording equipment with us.
Drum Solo MX 2008 Entry: Musicianforums.com is hosting yet another drum off. This is my entry. It is actually taken straight from my "Groove & Chops Drum Solo January '08". Update: I took first place in my respective category. Woohoo!
Vibe Solo on Stompin At The Savoy- This is a clip from my jazz combo's concert, featuring me on the vibraphone, soloing over a couple choruses of Benny Goodman's tune Stompin At The Savoy. I've dabbled on the vibes for about a year and a half at this point.
When it all Goes Away: This is a song I wrote on the piano towards the end of 2004, which I ended up converting into more of a rock song. Everything was recorded with a $14 computer mic through Audacity and Cool Edit. You may notice the song doesen't really have much of an ending i.e. bridge and end chorus, which goes to show that I am not a very strong writer.
Thanks for visiting!
