Texas Singer, Songwriter, Solo artist james "MACON" here!A native of Carthage, Texas I now reside in Waco Texas.Been singin since I was a child. Got my first guitar at 28 and life has not been the same since. My first working act was with good friend Jim Day as MayDay. Shortly thereafter I joined the group Standing Flat as vocalist and keyboardist. After about a two year hiatus, I jumped back into the music scene and moved to Central Texas. Formed the group Second Hand Smoke. Then hooked up with another friend Robert Smith as High Fence Drifters.Now!!!!!!!!! Am performing solo. I play almost exclusively at private functions. Ask around, I have a style that is all my own. I perform cover tunes in a way that You will hear nowhere else.
