Bloodthirst was first conceived in early2003 by Lord and Lady Bezalel, the music takes influences from the plethora of what we listen to...from holocaustic black metal like Vultyr,Azaghal,Wallachia and Black Funeral to industrial and noise bands like The Blastoids, deutsch nepal, EinBot, Ministry,Skinny Puppy and on and on to such seminal rock legends as Pink Floyd, The Beatles more psychedelic phases(#9/applejuice), and Frank Zappa to the classical mastery of composers such as Mozart, Grieg, Carl Orff and Shostakovich. While not fitting into any one genre of music, Bloodthirst leans more towards same driven fire that spawned black metal and the insanity that drives noise based industrial bands like Dissecting Table.
Bloodthirst has been called enigmatic, horrific, disturbing, vile, and ambiguous....decide for yourself what you think of our music.
Unlike most of what you will hear in your lifetime, Bloodthirst may actually cause you to use your thought processes instead of getting lost in some beat that you have heard time and again incessantly.
