REPENT! The Kingdom of God IS at Hand!!

REPENT means: To turn away from sin, to sorrow or be pained for violating God's holy law, a dishonor

About Me

Welcome! My name is........and I love the Lord, who has completely changed my life and has given me a hope and a future. I would not want to ever live one day without Him! He is beyond AWESOME, teaching me daily. A wonderful Father He is, unlike any!!!______________________________________________________ _______"Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. " "Isaiah 58:1Back in 1998, May 14th to be exact; when my heart was so heavy, and in deep thought concerning the abuse of drugs, and other addictions in our nation, I heard the Lord speak to me and tell me, "The problem of "religion" is greater than the problem of drug abuse and other additions, if the "religious" people will repent of self-righteousness; THEN and only then can the church reach the abusers and addicts"."IF My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, THEN I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chonicles 7:14At that time I was unaware of the "religious spirit" that existed, yet I now see what the Lord was saying to me.Looking over my past I can see that I was guilty of both. When I was younger, I was ignorant of many things, and easily persuaded by the crowd. I found myself in and out of the mainstream "church", and always abusing drugs inbetween. I could never live the "christian" life in which I was taught BY MAN, I ALWAYS managed to fail. At that time I did not read much of the word myself, yet believed everything in which I was taught without looking into it myself. After reading the word of God and seeking His guidance by His spirit myself, I found that I was taught wrong and that I had believed many lies.... I had realized that I had been deceived, willingly. The word has alot to say about His people being mislead by the spirit of this age and about His people going into captivity and even being destroyed or headed for destruction for LACK of KNOWLEDGE. If each of us take the time to examine our own life, our own thoughts, and our own intentions, and do some serious soul searching, and judge ourselves according to God's word, and not mans standard, and if we seek the Lord for truth and wisdom, and obey His word, He will lead us out of the bondages of our own ways and choosing. Man cannot save us, only God can. The devil is the accuser of the brethren, always accusing God's people day and night. A true follower of Christ will encourage and build up the body of Christ, not tare each other down. Each of us have alot of growing to do, none of us, has "arrived"... therefore do as the word says, "work out YOUR OWN salvation with fear and trembling"...for IT IS GOD WHO WORKS IN YOU both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain. (Philipians 2)In Timothy 2 it says."Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and idle babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness. And their message will spread like cancer. Hymenaeus and Philetus are of this sort, who have strayed concerning the truth, saying that the resurrection is already past; and they overthrow the faith of some. Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: "The Lord knows those who are His," and, "Let everyone who names the name of Christ[fn3] depart from iniquity." But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work. Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes, knowing that they generate strife. And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth, and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.I want to encourage you to read God's instruction book to us, THE BIBLE....discover THE TRUTH for yourself, look into what you hear or are taught and make sure it is so and increase your faith in the process...The truth will set you free!!!Romans 10:17 So then faith [comes] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.The word is powerful:Hebrew 4:12 For the word of God [is] living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. It is able to build you up: Act 20:32 "So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified. It washes and cleanses our mind and spirit Ephesians 5:26.2 Corinthians 4 "THEREFORE, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart. But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus' sake. For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed-- always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus' sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. ...read the rest in 2 Corithians 4)A Must See:
"The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, "and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how."For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head. "But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come. Then He said, "To what shall we liken the kingdom of God? Or with what parable shall we picture it? "It is like a mustard seed which, when it is sown on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth; "but when it is sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out large branches, so that the birds of the air may nest under its shade." "Mark 4:26-32Act 2:44-47 Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need. So continuing daily with one accord in the temple (Our body is the Temple of God,1 Cor. 3:16) and breaking bread from House To House, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.Act 2:42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. Act 20:18-21 And when they had come to him, he said to them: "You know, from the first day that I came to Asia, in what manner I always lived among you, "serving the Lord with all humility, with many tears and trials which happened to me by the plotting of the Jews; "how I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house, "testifying to Jews, and also to Greeks, repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.Finding Life Out Of Death.....God’s way of victory over the flesh is to completely cut off the old Adamic tree. His purpose is to graft us into the life of Christ by uniting us with Him in His death. The cross meant one thing to Him, “Not my will, but yours be done.” And because He followed this course of dying to self-will to the end, He now has an eternal Kingdom-life in bodily form to share with everyone who follows Him in His way of the cross. For the death that He died, He died to sin {self-will} once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. (Rom. 6:10)Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me {into the same life}, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. (Matt. 16:24-26)The Gospel message is all about finding life out of death. Has the reader labored and agonized to please God? And yet, in spite of all your efforts to follow His instructions, you still find yourself being held back by a fleshly nature. There is a way to get beyond it.Christ’s requirements are indeed unattainable. His demands go far beyond what the natural man can fulfill. Who naturally loves his enemies, rejoices in persecution, and goes the second mile? But this way of life is natural to those who have received “abundance of grace” and “the gift of righteousness” where they “reign in life” with Christ. (Rom. 5:17)There is an impassable gulf between the humanly possible and the requirements of Christ. F. J. Huegel, in Bone of His Bone, rightly summarizes our failure: “We have been proceeding upon a false basis. We have conceived of the Christian life as an imitation of Christ. It is not an imitation of Christ. It is a participation of Christ.” “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing.” (John 6:63)Having been born from above our citizenship is in Heaven. We have been “spiritually disfranchised of the world.” Christ plainly states, “Ye are not of the world.” We have been crucified to the world and the world to us. (Gal. 6:14) This death to the old form of life is what provides access through faith to life in the heavenly realms. “If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God… For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” (Col. 3:1, 3)There is an abundant fullness in the life of Christ. The Lord Jesus yearns to fill the temple of the body with His life and glory. (John 17:22-23, 26) He has a crucified, resurrected life that is obedient unto death under the severest temptations and testing. But we cannot experience this truth of our union with Christ in death and resurrection by a mere lip profession or determined assertion. This life cannot be copied. No imitation will avail. There must be a living participation by the Spirit through a death to the old self-life. I find the new life as I refuse the old—at the Cross. “Whoever loses his life for My sake will find it” As I reckon myself dead to my own will so I may be led by His Spirit, I am in a place to be lifted beyond death and into “the likeness of his resurrection.” The way of the cross is the way to Jesus; the way into the kingdom of God. To the natural mind this makes no sense, but this will be revealed to those who truely and whole heartedly seek Him...He knows who you are......Take Note: Hell is a real place, an eternal place of seperation from God and all His attributes; love, peace, joy, comfort, mercy, security, the list goes on, and on. There is no party in hell, no comfort, no light, no peace, no love......it is a place of torment, of terror, of seperation from all that is good. And it is for eternity! The only way of escape from Hell is through Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, whether you believe this or not does not change the fact! You are not promised tommorrow, you are not promised the remainder of today, in fact you could die at any moment...then what? Consider it! Read the book! The Bible! It contains everything you need to know to escape hell and have complete freedom in Him, and know your destiny! Read the Bible...what are you afraid of, the truth? The truth will save your very life and set you free! Now it is up to you what you do about it, your blood is no longer on my hands.....you have been warned! Make the right choice! Choose Life!!!Not eternal damnation and torment! It is your choice I pray that you make the right one!! "The main difference between science and Christianity is this: science we must experience to believe; Christianity we must believe to experience."

My Interests

May Christ recieve the rewards of His suffering......"The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel." Mark 1:15While mankind was out raising hell, and destroying each other.......Jesus Christ came with love, compassion and forgiveness to be the ultimate sacrafice.... to die for the ungodly, the hell raisers, the lost the ignornt, the addicts, the murderers, the adulterers, the prostitutes, the greedy, the self-centered, the wicked, the self-righteous, etc.... He came to bridge the gap between God and man, and to give all hope of redemption....Amos 9:8 "Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD [are] on the sinful kingdom, And I will destroy it from the face of the earth; Yet I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob," Says the LORD.Jesus said, in John 18:36 "My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here."The Slavery of Seeking the Praise of MenAn Illustration to witnessing..... What do you do if someone says that they don't believe the Bible? If that happens, don't worry. It is still quick and powerful even if someone says they don't believe in it. If someone puts a sword to your throat and threatens to kill you, the fact that you don't believe in swords won't change reality. God's Word is likened to a sharp, two-edged sword, so keep on using it to cut to the heart, no matter what people say they believe. John Wesley said, "It is the ordinary method of the Spirit of God to convict sinners by the Law. It is this which, being set home on the conscience, generally breaks the rocks in pieces. It is more especially this part of the Word of God which is quick and powerful, full of life and energy and sharper than any two-edged sword." There goes another minute. Gone forever. Go share your faith while you still have time. (The way of the master )Here I am ( majesty)

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life! His hands and His love are extended to you right now, fall into His arms, and give him all the baggage and the ball and chain you have been dragging around. It's not yours to carry, He wants to carry your load...give it up! Surrender! and....Be free, once and for all, I promise you, that you will not regret it!"Sin will take you farther than you want to go keep you longer than you want to stay and cost you more than you want to pay."Alot of people come to myspace and surf the world wide web.....why? What are we looking for? Love? Friendship? Fellowship, porn, someone to harrass, a comp to hack, someone to relate to, someone to listen, someone to care, someone to degrade, someone to flatter, someone to buy into your marketing business....the list goes on and on.....so many come for different reasons.......all looking for SOMETHING....SOMETHING to fill that void that never seems to be satisfied. The Big Void, that people can't fill, money can't fill, drugs can't fill, material possessions can't fill. Yes, these things can bring temporal happiness or satisfaction, but before you know it, it gets old, "same o', same o", and back to searching for Something to fill the empty hole, the Big Void, that never seems satisfied for long. This Big void that we all face at some point in our lives is only reserved for God! ONLY JESUS can fill that void! Although this may be hard for some to swallow, it doesn't change the fact that it is true! I say again..... Whether we Believe it OR not, does not change THE FACT that God is real, and He cares and He loves YOU more than you know or can imagine! People need to be loved. WE want to know that we are loved and accepted. As we travel down life's journey, we will find that people are only people, and will not always live up to our expectations...or ideas......We can fail each other....but God never fails us! Money and possessions soon grow old, and you end up always wanting something "new". These things Never completely satisfy! The reality of the matter, is we all need God, without Him we are helpless, and insufficient, and empty!Life is empty without a relationship with Christ......no matter how many people are in your group or circle of influence, no one can or will influence you as Christ can and will, no one can or will fulfill you as Christ can and will......but that is your choice........Taste and see that the Lord is good! When you reach the bottom.....and when all you can do is LOOK UP...and believe me....... He will be there waiting... Even though He has been LAST in line!Jesus loves you more than you know, and He wants to reach you before time runs out!Luke 18:17 Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it."God loves people, regardless of who you are or where you are and regardless of your background, His hand is extended to you now, to bring you out!. It is easier for a prostitute, a murderer, a theif, a poor person, etc... to enter into the kingdom of God than for a rich person, or a self-righteous religious fanatic, who thinks he is righteous because of his knowledge, his position, or his standing with other religious groups or people who support his deceptions. You false Prophets, preaching and proclaiming lies, you are an abomination to My God, and you will suffer the consequences of your lies and deceptions, and for misleading people, and robbing them for your own personal gain, and your so-called kingdom IS coming down, and you will burn in the unquenchable fire along with the devil, unless you REPENT, and turn back to God!!! Turn back to God while you still have breath! God is merciful and desires that none should perish!!Do you feel hopeless, rejected and you have no strength to go on? God is in the healing and mending of hearts and souls business, He is also in the ridding of wickedness and sin biz.....He will meet you where you are and bring change and free you from the bondages of sin and hopelessness, and He will give you a hope and a future, He will be your peace, even in the midst of chaos, trials and hardship. He gives freedom and He transforms lives; He brings renewal, new hearts and new desires, He helps us makes the changes that we can't make on our own.....He doesn't want you to wait until you clean up your act, you can't! It is in our human nature, therefore you need His nature, and only He can give that to you, and it is a process, you didn't grow up overnight, did you, He wants you to come to Him as you are! Believe it or not, He cleans up the messes we make of our lives, if we will only let Him. He wants His best for us.... You can look in the bible and find murders, prostitutes, thieves, liars, hypocrites, unbelievers, etcetera..that God transformed and gave them all new lives...and yes, He forgave them and wiped their slate clean, and said He would not remember thier sin no more! God isn't looking to "rain on your parade", or keep you from having a fulfilling life. He wants to show you how to live life to the fullest, He has great things in store for you, IF you will only trust Him. His eyes are on you, and His ears are open to your cry! Jesus is for Life....everything else...fades away!! He loves you! I am not talking about a religion, I am talking about a relationship with someone who loves you more than anyone else does! His name is Jesus! In Him is everything wecould ever want or need. everything you have been looking for all your life, is in Him! Are you looking for love? Jesus is all about love, but His love is unconditional, Zoe Love, God love...not like the love in the world. His love is unselfish, He proved this when He gave His life for all, even wicked people who rejected Him, mocked Him, even His own people would not accept or recieve Him, yet He loved them enough to die and ressurrect, and bring all men to Himself!Luke 11:9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you......Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.I must be honest with you, our God is a God of love, but also He is a God of just judgement. God allows and uses what we call forces of nature, along with wars, Kings, Rulers and Leaders, people, and various other efforts to judge nations and peoples, and also to turn our stubborn and rebellious hearts back to Him, He created us. If you would make some time to Pray and read The Bible, you will find truth concerning, our history, our present and our future, and as you read you will find prophecies that have come to pass, are coming to pass, and will come to pass. You will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart, mind and strength! The Bible is our instruction book for life ......the enemy of our soul, the Devil does not want us to know what is in that book, because when you learn the truth, you will be free from the devils deception, lies and all bondage. You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free!!! May God reveal His truth to you today!! In Jesus name! So be it Lord! Our world is in chaos, as the anti-christ kingom is being set up, and as the end of this age approaches. It is time to seek shelter from the wicked Nations, God is our only hope, through Jesus Christ!

Jonah 3:10Repentance, of all things in the world, makes the greatest change. It changes things in heaven and in earth, for it changes the whole man from sin to grace, from vicious habits to holy customs, from unchaste bodies to angelic souls, from swine to philosophers, from drunkenness to sober counsels. God Himself,"with whom is no variance or shawdow of change" is pleased, by descending to our weak understanding, to say that He changes also upon mans repentance. He alters His decrees, revokes His sentence, cancels the bills of accusations, throws the record of shame and sorrow from the court of heaven, and lifts up the sinner from the grave to life, from his prison to a thrown, from a slave to a son, from hell and guilt of eternal torture to heaven, and to a title to never-ceasing pleasures.(Steve Hill, w/my addition)A Powerful Testimony.... Add to My Profile | More Videos Price and Power of Revivalby Duncan CampbellUnction From On HighThere Is a power that Is placed at the disposal of the Church that can outmaneuver and baffle the very strategy of Hell, and cause death and defeat to vanish before the presence of the Lord of Life. Barrenness is made to feel His fertilizing power. Yet, how is it that while we make such great claims for the power of the Gospel, we see so little of the supernatural in operation? Is there any reason why the Church today cannot everywhere equal the Church at Pentecost? I feel this is a question we ought to face with an open mind and an honest heart. What did the early Church have that we do not possess today? Nothing but the Holy Spirit, nothing but the power of God. Here I would suggest that one of the main secrets of success in the early Church lay in the fact that the early believers believed in unction from on high and not entertainment from men.One of the very sad features that characterizes much that goes under the name of evangelism today is the craze for entertainment. Here is an extract from a letter received from a leader in youth work in one of your great cities: "We are at our wits' end to know what to do with the young people who made a profession of conversion recently. They are demanding all sorts of entertainment, and it seems to us that if we fail to provide the entertainment that they want, we are not going to hold them." Yes, the trend of the time in which we live is toward a Christian experience that is light and flippant and fed on entertainment. Some time ago, I listened to a young man give his testimony. He made a decision quite recently, and in giving his testimony this is what he said: "I have discovered that the Christian way of life can best be described, not as a battle, but as a song mingled with the sound of happy laughter." Far be it from me to move the song or happy laughter from religion, but I want to protest that that young man's conception was entirely wrong, and not in keeping with true New Testament Christianity. "Oh, but," say the advocates of this way of thinking, "how are we to get the people if we do not provide some sort of entertainment?" To that I ask the question, how did they get the people at Pentecost? How did the early Church get the people? By publicity projects, by bills, by posters, by parades, by pictures? No! The people were arrested and drawn together and brought into vital relationship with God, not by sounds from men, but by sounds from heaven. We are in need of more sounds from heaven today. Pentecost was its own publicity. I love that passage in Acts that tells us that "when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together." What was noised abroad? That men and women were coming under deep conviction. That was God's method of publicity, and until the Church of Jesus Christ rediscovers this and acts upon it, we shall at our best appear to a mad world as a crowd of common people in a common market babbling about common wares. The early Church cried for unction and not for entertainment. Unction is the dire and desperate need of the ministry today.Power Before InfluenceFurther, the early Church put power before influence. The present state of our country presents a challenge to the Christian Church. Those who have eyes to see tell us that at this very hour forces are taking the field that are out to defy every known Christian principle. In many quarters there is today a growing conviction that unless God moves, unless there is a demonstration of the supernatural in the midst of men, unless we are moved up into the realm of the Divine, we shall soon find ourselves caught up in a counterfeit movement, but a movement that goes under the name of evangelism. There are ominous sighs today that the devil is out to sidetrack us in the sphere of evangelism, and we are going to become satisfied with something less than Heaven wills to give us. Nothing but a Holy Spirit revival will meet the desperate need of the hour. The Watchword of the Early ChurchThe early Church, the men of Pentecost, had something beyond mere human influence and human ingenuity. But what do we mean by influence? The sum total of all the forces in our personality--mental, moral, academic, social, and religious. We can have all these, and we can have them at their highest level, and yet be destitute of power. Power, not influence, was the watchword of the early Church. While at the Keswick Convention, it was my privilege to spend an afternoon with a leader in foreign mission activity. I was arrested by what that man said to me. Here are his words: "Our Bible schools are turning out young men and young women who are cultured and polished, but who lack power." I want to suggest that he was near to the truth. We may be polished, we may have culture, but the cry of our day is for power from on high.A Young WomanI could take you to a little cottage in the Hebrides and introduce you to a young woman. She is not educated. One could not say that she was polished in the sense that we use the word, but I have known that young woman to pray heaven into a community, to pray power into a meeting. I have known that young woman to be so caught in the power of the Holy Spirit that men and women around her were made to tremble--not influence, but power. The Apostles were not men of influence--"not many mighty, not many noble." The Master Himself did not choose to be a man of influence. "He made Himself of no reputation," which is to say that God chose power rather than influence. I sometimes think of Paul and Silas in Philippi. They had not enough influence to keep them out of prison, but possessed the power of God in such a manner that their prayers in prison shook the whole prison to its very foundations. Not influence, but power. The Place of PowerOh, that the Church today, in our congregations and in our pulpits, would rediscover this truth and get back to the place of God realization, to the place of power. I want to say further that we should seek power even at the expense of influence. What do I mean by that? I mean this: never compromise to accommodate the devil. I hear people say today, "These are different days from the days of the 1859 Revival or the Welsh Revival. We must be tolerant and we must try to accommodate." The secret of power is separation from all that is unclean. We must seek power even at the expense of influence.Separation Unto GodThink again of the great Apostle Paul. What an opportunity he had of gaining influence with Felix. Had he but flattered him a little in his sin, he could have made a great impression, and I believe he could have got a handsome donation for his missionary effort by being tolerant, by accommodating the situation. But Paul chose power before influence and he reasoned of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment. Let Felix say what he will, let Drusilla think as she chooses to think, I must be true to my conscience and to my inner convictions and declare the whole counsel of God and take my stand on the solid ground of separation unto God. Now the person who will take his stand on that ground will not be popular. He will not be popular with some preachers of today who declare that we must soft-pedal in order to capture and captivate. Here I would quote from the saintly Finney: "Away with your milk and water preaching of the love of Christ that has no holiness or moral discrimination in it, away with preaching a Christ not crucified for sin." Such a collapse of moral conscience in this land could never have happened if the Puritan element in our preaching had not, in great measure, fallen out.Hear a Highland minister preaching on this very truth: "Bring me a God all mercy but not just, bring me a God all love but not righteous, and I will have no scruples in calling Him an idiot of your imagination." Strong words, but I say words that I would sound throughout our land today, in this age of desperate apostasy, forsaking all the fundamental truths of Scripture. Here you have the Apostles proclaiming a message that was profoundly disturbing. We are afraid of disturbing people today. May God help us; may God have mercy upon us.A Wave Of Real Godly FearI would to God that a wave of real godly fear gripped our land. Let me quote from a sermon delivered by the Rev. Robert Barr of the Presbyterian Church of South Africa: "This is what our age needs, not an easy-moving message, the sort of thing that makes the hearer feel all nice inside, but a message profoundly disturbing. We have been far too afraid of disturbing people, but the Holy Spirit will have nothing to do with a message or with a minister who is afraid of disturbing. You might as well expect a surgeon to give place to a quack who claims to be able to do the job with some sweet tasting drug, as expect the Holy Spirit to agree that the tragic plight of human souls today can be met by soft and easy words. Calvary was anything but nice to look at, blood-soaked beams of wood, a bruised and bleeding body, not nice to look upon. But then Jesus was not dealing with a nice thing; He was dealing with the sin of the world, and that is what we are called upon to deal with today. Soft and easy words, soft-pedaling will never meet the need."Finally, the early Church believed in the supernatural. Someone has said that at Pentecost, God set the Church at Jerusalem on fire and the whole city came out to see it burn. I tell you if that happened in any church today, within hours the whole of the town would be out to see the burning, and they would be caught in the flames.A Fire Needed! It is fire we want. The best advertising campaign that any church or any mission can put up is fire in the pulpit and a blaze in the pew. Let us be honest. We say "God, send revival," but are we prepared for the fire? I believe we have only to regard and observe those laws and limits within which the Holy Spirit acts, and we shall find His glorious power at our disposal. Surely that was the conviction that gripped an elder in the Isle of Lewis when, in a situation that was difficult and trying, he cried, "You made a promise, and I want to remind You that we believe You are a covenant-keeping God. Your honor is at stake." That man was at the end of his tether; that man was in the place of travail.Absolute SurrenderRevival is not going to come merely by attending conferences. When "Zion travailed she brought forth children." Oh, may God bring us there, may God lead us through to the place of absolute surrender. Is it not true that our very best moments of yielding and consecration are mingled with the destructive element of self-preservation? A full and complete surrender is the price of blessing; it is the price of revival.?? Duncan Campbell (1898-1672) - A fiery Scottish preacher used of God in revival. He is most famous for being involved in the Lewis Awakening in the Hebrides Islands in Scotland.

Television:

An object of the masses worship and devotion! Forgive us Father for placing this blasphemous object before you! People are hurting, bound, lonely, lost and dying, while we give hommage to this useless time consumer and theif of relationships and of the Father's business. To use such for righteous education is one thing but to endulge in it's host of sin is another.May God give us wisdom with such an object.PSALM 2 WHY do the nations rage, And the people plot a vain thing? The Kings of the earth set themselves, And the Rulers take Counsel Together, Against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, "Let us break Their bonds in pieces And cast away Their cords from us." He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The LORD shall hold them in derision. Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, And distress them in His deep displeasure: "Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion." "I will declare the decree: The LORD has said to Me, You are My Son, Today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession. You shall break[fn1] them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter's vessel.'" Now therefore, be wise, O kings; Be instructed, you judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, And rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.Seek the Kingdom of God!!!

The Authorized King James Holy Bible....FAQ's Concerning Bible VersionsA quick comparison of Bible versions shows that they are really not the same. Some leave out entire verses, others disagree on whether Jesus should be called God's servant or God's Son. But how do you decide which is completely correct? The experts want to impress you, so they make it sound complicated. But the bottom line is that there are two different texts from which Bibles are translated, and only one can be correct. Choosing the right one is not the realm of Greek and Hebrew scholars, either.
