HOPEFULLY YOU READ THIS AND GIVE IT SOME SERIOUS THOUGHT!!! We are eternal beings that live in these bodies. The body is a house that the real YOU resides in. And at any time your physical life could come to it's end. Think about it? Your conscience and the creation are the greatest proof that God exists. The conscience did not evolve because we all have one that was given to us by God based on His TEN COMMANDMENTS. Sadly most choose to ignore this. Do you know what justice is? It is a concept that is given to us from a HOLY GOD who makes the rules. If we all evolved as some believe then where did the concept of right, wrong, justice & truth or love come from? God is not going to let those enter eternity with Him in unforgiven sin. Is it possible that anyone of us can step off into eternity today? If you stood before a judge and the charge against you was speeding 100 miles an hour in a school zone. Then you tell the judge that you have driven 25 MPH many times in the past so he should let you go. Do you think he should let you go for good behavior? Would he be an honest judge or a corrupt judge if he let you go based on your previous driving history, and overlook the fact that you may have killed a child in the cross walk by speeding 100 MPH in a school zone? An honest judge would say the crime has been committed and the ticket has been written out which must be paid! Who is going to pay? You would pay it! But with God it is an infinite penalty that ONLY God could pay. YOU CANNOT PAY IT because you are not God. Do you think God is a dishonest judge? Will He overlook your sins if you step off into eternity without the ticket being paid? Let's see if WE have sinned and broken God's laws? Have you ever told a lie? Then God says YOU are a liar. People like to believe because time has passed and we feel that we may not have lied lately then we are ok? But God says NO! Because God is outside of time and space. Where He is there is no time. Time does not forgive sin. Only God can forgive sin. Have you ever stolen anything? Then God says YOU are a thief. Have you ever looked with lust? Jesus said whoever has looked at a woman (or man) to lust for her (or him) has committed adultery already in their heart. Have you ever hated anyone? Jesus said whoever hates his brother (or sister or anyone) is a murderer. Because murder comes from within the heart. The innermost being. Have you ever used the Lord's name in vain? Meaning to bring His Holy name down to the level of a curse word. That is called Blasphemy. Exodus 20:7 says: God will NOT hold Him guiltless who takes His name in vain. After looking at this can ANY OF US really say "YES, I am a good person?" I think if we are honest before God we would have to say NO! This is only a few and there are more that we haven't even looked at. WE have all done these things and need to be forgiven. If YOU died today you would end up in hell because we are all guilty of breaking His commandments. Being good from now on won't help. Besides that, WE have already sinned and now WE all need to be saved. JESUS paid OUR fine and YOU CAN be free to go IF you trust in HIM by faith and REPENT of your sins! Jesus said: "YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN" (John 3:3). The LORD Jesus Christ, God the Son who was manifest in the flesh was born of a virgin, lived a perfect sinless life and paid the penalty for our sins that we deserve. He paid it ALL because we cannot. He rose from the dead on the third day which is proof that He defeated death for ALL who trust Him. All that is needed is you BELIEVE with your total trust in Him that He paid the ticket (debt) that is owed and the penalty for you with His blood as your substitute in your place! You Must Repent! Meaning to turn away from your sins and turn completely to GOD and choose to follow HIM. When He rose from the dead He defeated death for YOU if you trust Him today. You too can have the assurance that you will be with the LORD JESUS forever when you die. Because HE LIVES, we will also! You cannot pay an infinite penalty. Only God Himself could pay this penalty, Jesus Christ 2nd person of the triune Godhead (trinity). JESUS SAVES! Read your Bible daily and GOD will never let you down!
