IN ALL HONESTY, my life is not about me. It's all about the Spirit of the LORD, who lives INSIDE of me. I know that who we are and everything we have is a blessing or gift from, and belongs to, GOD. That's why we're here! He created us to live for HIS pleasure, purposes, and glory; and as a result, anything we receive such as peace, joy, love, prosperity, etc. are just bonus blessings! Even still, we should give everything back to GOD that He gives to us, because we know He will bless it that much more. Finally, we should be in debt to no one--except to love.
FAITH: I'm not "religious"; I don't attend church the way most do - though not opposed to it. I'm a free-in-Christ, non-denominational Christian, set apart by the mercy and grace of GOD; taught, spoken to, and directed by HIM for well over a decade. I grew to love the Old Testament first; then learned to listen to GOD's voice. I realize now He has spared me from the false doctrines being taught today in many churches, which have caused division, are misleading and frustrating believers and causing non-believers to feel justified for their lack of faith. GOD doesn't honor man's religious laws, acts or rituals - only those things which have been sprinkled by the blood of CHRIST. MY church? The Holy SPIRIT, you and I - anywhere, anytime; I pray, study the Bible and worship GOD daily because He's Family, and He and CHRIST abide in my heart and home.
LEARNED: the only true doctrine is that of the teachings of the first apostles and prophets of JESUS CHRIST. I am led by the indwelling of the Holy SPIRIT; and I now mature in the wisdom, knowledge, understanding, spirit, and light of the truth. What is that truth? JESUS answered...
"I AM the way and the truth and the life." - John 14:6
So, as we respond to GOD's grace in faith, HE enlightens our understanding by allowing only truth to enter into our hearts. GOD is calling us from every present denomination and into HIS one true church, where there is no separation among His people; CHRIST can NOT be divided!
SPIRITUAL GIFTS: faith, encouraging, mercy, intercessory prayer, generosity, prophecy, dreams/visions, and discernment.
TRUTH: Alot of people ask, "How long have you been a Christian?" To that I have to say, I've never NOT known the presence of GOD in my life; I had my first prophetic dream at five and my first prophetic vision at thirteen. Do I think I'm special? No. I was born a sinner and saved by His grace through the blood of JESUS CHRIST. And I can confidently join with the apostles and prophets and acknowledge, "By the grace of GOD, I am what I am!"
